Customer service was excellent, very kind and polite. I ordered a full rack of ribs with fries and green beans. The fries were amazing and hush puppies were a nice surprise. But the ribs were horrible. The cashier said they make everything fresh but ribs were tough to bite into and ended up only eating 1 and throwing the rest in trash.
Oh my goodness! I'm a Marylander and we are "picky" about our hard shell crabs. They have to have the right seasoning, spice, and be moist (not overcooked). The crabs on Mother's Day were superb. They must put magic in that steamer! You order when you get there (so the crabs don't sit in a bag and overcook) and then they bring the food to your car. We only had the crabs, but their menu is fairly extensive. I'm looking forward to trying the pit beef and the soft shell crabs next time (with more steamed crabs).
Thank god for the people out there that eat McDonald's and think its good because those are the type of people keeping this place alive .
Kind of annoyed after going here last weekend. I've gotten crabs from the truck and they were decent so I decided to try their new restaurant up the street. I ordered food and dined in. The food came in a plastic bag even though i was dining in, so after i ate, the plastic bag went right into the trash. I then ordered a sandwich to go which also came in a plastic bag. When i got home I realized i was charged for both bags. First off I wouldn't have wanted the first bag just to sit right down at the table. And if i did already have a bag just to dine in, i could have used that bag for my to go order rather than just throwing 5 cents into the trash. This obviously isn't about the 10 cents but I don't think customers should be charged anything without it being mentioned, especially just to sit and dine in. Every restaurant or grocery store in howard county either asks or somehow mentions the bag charge before they actually charge you for it
THEY GOT ME, but they won't ever get me again! Decided to give them a try, and they absolutely 'did disappoint'! They got me for $82 for a dozen barely large male RESTEAMED crabs and a pit beef sandwich on a (no kidding) fresh Kaiser roll with dry beef and tiger sauce that tasted spoiled. I asked for beef with medium heat. The sandwich went into the trash and the best I could salvage out of the crabs was to crack them for the two lumps of meat that was not bone dry. NEVER AGAIN!
I got the snow crab legs and cream of crab soup. when I told the girl I wanted three clusters she tried to charge me for 3 lbs! I told her no three clusters, she said we don't sell them like that, I was puzzled....most places will put three clusters on the scale and weigh it....when I got home and saw what I got, I was pissed. one cluster of legs some very broken legs two bodies of the crab. they were horrible, over cooked, just nasty! would not recommend this hole to an enemy.
I’m frm New Orleans la Up here for work Nd wnted to try some of the seafood so I got this seafood platter i paid $24 for this I honestly feel like I just got ripped off never again

Crabs were good but the fish and most of stuff is box stuff. i can go to grocery store if i wanted box food. Not fresh cooked, overpriced. Totally nasty. I was disappointed.
The crab cake that I got was dry and tasted like it was cooked then frozen then cooked again in the microwave. Gordon Ramsay would be disappointed. The Mac and cheese didn’t have ANY cheese. It was just Mac (and I’m not exaggerating). But the hush puppies were good.
