This is probably the 4th or 5th time they've screwed up and we've had to file complaints with corporate. We're done with Domino's until they fire all the staff here. Placed an order. It sat in "being prepped" for 50 minutes. I kept trying to call in, but the automated service recognized my number and just said, "Your order is being prepared!" I stayed on the line for someone to talk to... and just sat there, on hold, in silence, for 15+ minutes. Finally called from someone else's phone, and the people LIED. They said the online tracking was wrong and it was already on its way (even though, by that point, it was supposed to have arrived). I told them to cancel it and refund me and they said they would. 20 minutes later, guess who's knocking at my door. A delivery person who doesn't know why they didn't tell him it was canceled. I've filed enough reports with corporate this location should have been shut down permanently. Order from elsewhere. Even the crappy Pizza Hutt down the street from us, with that horrible manager I've mentioned in THAT review, is better than this place. Dominos is done in this area.
People in there are rude. They wouldn't even help you. So they lost a good customer. We will never go back to domino's again.
Stayed at the best Western Airport 6755 Dorsey rd, 3.1 miles away. The young guy that answered the phone said the manager won't let them deliver here. 3.1 miles isn't that far, sounds like they need a new manager that is for the customers.
This place is Always jumping!! Pizza is nice and hot. Ordered the thin crust pepporoni pizzia, Buffalo pizza and the pineapple and jalapeños. Delicious! This is the fastest service even when their busy.
Ordered online for store pickup. Store only 10 minutes away. My order was ready by the time I pulled up to the store. Order was correct, pizza and wings were tasty as always. (On a side note I only saw 1 guy in the store working @11 am and he greeted me promptly and treated me like a customer extra points for him)
This location unlike alot of other dominos actually puts a good degree of care into all of their orders. I get home late at night and most nights they are the only place that delivers for a reasonable price. The driver Andrew is a fantastic guy and he always greets me with a warm smile when I dont order contactless. And whoever Sharrod is? You the man bro, when I see you making my order I know its gonna be good and not a mess of grease. Overall good location, good staff.
I know it depends on the company but considering we have a mask mandate in the county not a single person was wearing a mask while preparing food.
Garlic parmesan sauce pizza is my favorite and its delicious:)
Poor customer service. Lack of efficiency and staff took two hours for them to complete and deliver my order. I would not recommend this location
I just choked down an order of their 10 peice "wings". I can say beyond any shadow of a doubt that these are the worst wings I've ever had during my 36 years on this planet. The wings were preposterously small and uncomfortably slimey. The chicken to breading ratio was absurdly bad. I feel like I just suffered through consuming a disgusting pile of hot sauce flavored mush and bones. If these were the first wings I had ever had they would have been my last.
