Second time this week going to Wendy’s around 1030pm and they lie and say they are out of bacon? How do you run out of bacon when your main meal is the baconator?! Line takes forever bunch of young kids just messing around inside. This place needs real management. Employees are that lazy where they will lie and hurt sales just to not make bacon! Hire some new people! And both times it was the same person telling me no bacon lol what a coincidence.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Rude entitled/lazy kids running the restaurant. No manners, no sense of work ethic. Sad

There food is never hot when u get it also if u go there a half hour before they close they will tell u there system is down or they can only take cash. Also I have went there before at 935pm and they told me they were closed after jus taking someone's order in front of me.Today I went there and they messed up my burgers, me and my husband always get the deluxe burgers and they only put mayo, ketchup, pickle, and lettuce and they are supposed to come with all that and include onion and tomatoes but this happens all the time they forget some sort of topping, and they have u wait for so long and it's ALWAYS cold and after waiting so long u would expect it to be hot and fresh and it's definitely not and it always seems like they have a bunch of kids working in there all the time playing around, I went there one night and there was a young girl hanging out the drive through window playing around with other teenagers in the car giving them a bunch of food and they had a long line of customers as they are playing around, they definitely need a manager there at all time or something

No frosty (the reason we came). Dining room closed (but no signage saying so.) Had to honk to get service at the drive-thru window. (Never answered the drive-thru order box). No Lemonade. On the upside, the food was hot. Needs serious work to be a serviceable Wendy’s

So update I went to Wendy’s tonight 12-21-21 @ 8:30pm they had 3 cars in front of me that pulled out of line because NO ONE would answer them also we went to the drive thru window it’s unlocked I opened the window no one is in the back at all and also the headsets was sitting right up by the drive thru window and I also called the store twice & no answer all the lights are off outside & inside including the lights in the back where the workers are suppose to be this is not acceptable when you have a door dash order!! This wendy’s needs to be shut down every time I go to this easton Wendy’s I have to wait at least 10-20 minutes to get my food or my door dash orders when I’m door dashing for some reason it’s NO signs on the doors saying the inside is closed and on top of that you have to wait in drive thru for 5 minutes before anyone even answers you and at night time the lights are off like they are closed BUT when I worked at this location the lights HAD to be on every night couldn’t even close the inside while working by yourself STILL had to be OPEN now you have like 5 people if not more working nights!!! Take your money somewhere else don’t waste it at this location!!

I'm only giving 1 star because you can't give 0 the only upside was the nuggets were actually hot and good the rest of the food was almost uneatable the frys were cold and soggy, the burger dry from sitting under a heat lamp for to long I assume. Also the service was a joke the person taking the orders over the intercom was real short, rude, and unprofessional, when I asked if anyone was there after sitting there for 5 minutes waiting to give my order then every thing I said was followed by huffing and puffing like it was to much to just do their job. If you don't feel like dealing with this I would suggest going elsewhere.

My last few trips here have been awful . Staff lately is EXTREMELY rude and slow . Today , numerous people in line before me as well as behind me left . I should have as well , but decided to give the person working the drive thru some grace . That was a mistake .. Lost me permanently as a customer after the rudest exchange ever .

Order was incorrect. Burger was over cooked. Drive-thru only but no signs. Didn't give straws so had to walk up to the window.
