It was my first time visiting this location and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised at how great the customer service was! I used the app to place my order to pick up at the drive-thru, and it was ready at the time specified with very little waiting. I experienced courteous, friendly and efficient customer service at this location and my order was made to perfection. I understand that the cooperation will be closing Starbucks locations in some States, but I sincerely hope that this location is not on the list. I highly recommend this Coffeehouse 100%.
My only complaint.... we started going to Starbucks because of the policy of masks, most still do, this location does not.
Very disappointed on the service, I ordered two white chocolate Mocha (Venti) and a sandwich and the two cups were almost half way and didn’t realize until after I’ve already left. That wasn’t right for the price I paid for.
If you are a black person especially male, stay away. They are not a very welcoming staff at this Starbucks location. They took 18 minutes to make my drink as customers came and went. At the 10 minute mark of waiting, they seemed annoyed that I wondered where my drink was. Which was just an empty cup w/a label on it sitting to the side at the time. I didn’t ask for a manager, as I had seen enough. I left. Be warned.
Super friendly staff, and adventurous enough to make her own take on tea when we asked for a cool surprise. Great team!
Got a grande regular coffee with cream and sugar, $3.80. It was filled clear up to the top, absolutely scorching, and got all over my car and my lap. Not to mention the coffee tasted bad/old. Please teach your employees how to leave a little space at the top to avoid this in the future ??
Ordered coffee off of the WEBSITE as a mobile order got to location and they were sold out of what I ordered I didn't want anything else so they offered a refund but then could not give me a refund because there was not barcode to scan for my order. They proceeded to tell me I had to pull it up on the app but I didn't use the app. They then told me the only way I could place a mobile order was on the app which is absolutely false. I definitely used the WEBSITE. Since the staff did not seen to want to rectify the situation I just left without coffee or my money. Not that it matters to starbucks but I will never spend my money with them ever again.
Nice Starbucks location in the Easton, MD area. One major downside is that the drive thru lane is too short and cars easily backup onto the main road next to the property. Once in the Cafe everything was good. The food was delicious, we had breakfast sandwiches. The coffee was good as well. The barista was not the friendliest person, and neither were the other employees.
You know , I’ve tried and tried again with this specific Starbucks location. Y’all could really learn something from the other 3 Starbucks in town and Cambridge and Kent Island !Every single time we come up to the drive thru , we begin to order and get cut off mid order and then our order / drinks are never what we want them to be. No other Starbucks I’ve EVER been to does this and it’s frustrating. Let the customer just say the order then go on with your questions.Also this location which is the only single store that’s not in a grocery store seems to always be out of over HALF of the menu by 8am !We just went through this again today and my wife said never again.
Very upset I had decided to get breakfast and had a horrible experience. I had asked what kind or breakfast burritos they had. The lady started laughing right on the inner common. Definitely not coming back here again!
