store #192relatively clean but slow service.sporadic delivery of food from kitchen.entrée seemed skimpy for price.on the upside--salad bar rules the place here. will probably stick to ordering just that from now on--if we return.
Went there on a Sunday evening and they were supposed to be open. We got there and the doors were locked and no sign on the door to say they were closed. Other people came by and were upset. Then, several days ago, I looked over at parking lot, around 1:00, thinking I might try again. Not a car in the lot. I had heard they had new management, and was doing better. So disappointing, since I have been going to Ruby Tuesdays since the 1970’s when they got started on 17 th Ave in Knoxville Tennessee.
Went for an early lunch. Ordered 2 steaks and salad bar. Salad bar was fresh and wonderful. Neither of our steaks were cooked as we ordered. I didn't get my sides but we waited so long for food we didn't have time for me to remind the waitress and us eat. Service was friendly but very slow, with only 2 other tables full. If you're in a hurry I don't suggest.
I went to Ruby Tuesday's May 11th. I was greeted by a very pleasant and professional person named Kayla. She kindly helped me sign up for the email promotion. Kayla is a perfect example of an exceptional employee that is management material. She makes the customer have an awesome experience. Kayla will be successful in all her endeavors. Thank you.
Went for lunch with my friend and OMG!! I think the staff didn't really want to be there. The best thing on my plate was the ribeye. It was cooked perfectly however my baked potato suffered it looked like it had been deep fried! The Cole slaw was soupy. I didn't bother to complain because once I saw a staff member walk through with dirty socks, slides on his feet, no hair net and dirty pants I was done. My friend had a worse experience than I did! If that's NEW MANAGEMENT what was old? Who knew it would be worse. The LAST $38 I will EVER spend in Ruby Tuesday!!
The waitress (Jackie) was extremely nice and the cook (Hunter) was fantastic with the ribs and steak the ribs would fall off the bones and the steak was nice and juicy
My boy friend and I had dinners on Saturday at Ruby Tuesday in Easton Maryland Food and cleanliness was great! Service was bit slow but given today’s employment situation especially in the food industry still very nice. Do not come to any full service restaurant and expect fast food times. Our server. Nichole was very courteous and knowledgeable. The salad bar was excellent. Clean and fresh! We tried the new Cheesesteak Sub taste was great. Sub was a Shorty. I think most people expect a sub to be 10-12 inches and with salad bar shareable but that wasn’t the best choice. Alone I would order again but no saladGive Ruby Tuesday in Easton Maryland a chanceNew management servers and staff. I really don’t want to loose this restaurant
Short staffed but the waiter was friendly. I think he was the only one working so service was slow. Not his fault he was trying. Food wasnt that good I got some Crispy chicken sandwich that was supposed to have queso on top. I couldn't tell if it was blue cheese dressing, queso, or lumpy mayo. My wife ordered a loaded backed potato and it was burnt and shriveled up. We ordered coconut shrimp as an app and the shrimp were fine but that dipping sauce was not good as all it tatsed like salty mayo. The only reason this isnt a 1 or 2 start is the waiter was trying the best he could.
The wait staff sat at a nearby table and played in their phones while we waited over 1 hour for basic food. Had to ask for our check. Not happy!
Another place to mark off my list of places to go. Got seated, sat awhile before waitress came to our table, took our drink and food order. Then again we sat and sat, no drinks. Meanwhile the waitress walked by several times. The table next to us same issue. Meanwhile I watched the other waiter who was working, his tables were having difficult times with him. The hostess was cleaning tables off, if you want to call it that. I got up went to hostess and explained I was leaving did not want my food. Then decided no manager needs to know. Was told short staffed someone called out, waitress in training, no one wants to be a server anymore, he has only been there 3 days, wants to get this place in shape to come back in 2 months. I explained to him I have never got up and left a restaurant ever, but you pay so much now to eat out, told him all that I witnessed while sitting there waiting for my drinks. Our food was ready, I did not wish to stay he gave it to me and my son, no charge. So thanked him for that, he was very nice about everything By the way the other table got their food before they ever got their drinks. Sad, ?
