VERY RUDE AND UNORGANIZED!!! THE MANAGER HIMSELF, SPOKE UPON AGGRESSIVE WORDS TO ME AND MY HUSBAND!! SAID THEY WERE NOT “A CHARITY” BECAUSE I ASKED FOR MAC N CHEESE THAT HE MISSED ON MY ORDER AFTER HE CONFUSED MY ORDER THOUSAND TIMES WHILE TAKING IT!!! THE FOOD WAS MADE ME FEEL SICK AFTERWARDS, I WILL NOT RETURN BECAUSE OF THE POOR COMMUNICATION AND POOR THOUGHTS!! HE DOESN’T DESERVE HIS POSITION!!! POPEYES EASTON MD!!
Been going to this Popeyes for many years. Have been away for a year or so. Went 3/5/22, ordered chicken sandwich only, husband fish sandwich only plus 1large drink . We were charged for the chicken sandwich deal, and fish deal or dinner, whatever you call them. Running late, did not check. Also did not get a receipt. We were charged 18 dollars n change. No, we didn’t think anything about it till we were about 20 miles away and I questioned hubby. That’s when we pulled over and checked what we had. 1 classic chicken, 1 flounder, nothing else except the. Soda. There was no receipt which I found a bit odd.Wasn’t bad enough about that but the fish was cooked but cold and the chicken was not completely cooked, it was rubberly.Popeyes has the best chicken out there, no one can top theirs. This was very surprising.This Popeyes is on rt.50 in Easton, Md. on the main drag going to Ocean city Md. Thousands go past there and/or down rt.50 to OCEAN CITY MD. All summer long.I don’t believe you want this kind of problem in an area where you could lose thousands of dollars.Thanks for your great chicken n fish sandwich, I will go to another Popeyes to get mine, it’s my Friday nite dinner.
Chicken is great, service could be better but not bad enough to make me stay away. Will recommend and will go back
At 7pm, they did not have any chicken sandwiches, no regular chicken, only some wings. Really? I pulled through the drive thru and just left.
Fast, friendly, good food. Exactly what Popeyes does consistently well!
Food was great. We ordered online about 20 minutes before arriving and still had to wait 20 minutes.
There was a Spanish lady in the window that couldn’t understand anything I was saying even though I speak very clear English and I couldn’t understand what she was saying. I asked for spicy tenders and bbq sauce. Ended up with a breast, wing, and no sauce at all. Clearly a lack of common sense to put somebody in the window that doesn’t speak or understand English well

Generally Popeye is pretty good but on this trip I made a mistake. I stopped in at 11:05 AM on a Saturday morning. I believe my spicy chicken sandwich was a reheat. Bun was paper thin and the chicken wasn't crispy. I won't do that again.
I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal. The sandwich had almost taste to it and the bun was extremely soggy. I called back to let them know that was the worst Popeyes chicken sandwich I ever had and it tasted old. Lastly, I mentioned that kind of experience I probably would not come back to this location. I never raised my voice but the person still hung up the phone during our conversation.
