Stopped in for a quick late bite with my child. The service, and food quality is everything that I have come to love about Panera. I wish it was closer to my house and job, because I would love to be a more frequent customer.
Stopped in about 4:30 for a bowl of hot Broccoli Cheddar Soup on a cold day. The soup was very good, as always, but it was barely warm. I like my soup very hot, as it always cools down as you eat. If it comes warm is it cold by the time you finish. The cashier didn't know if the soda fountain had Caffeine Free Pepsi or not. How can you work there and not know that? Restaurant was clean and our food came quickly. Just wish it had been hot.

A bit overpriced and not enough food. Not great customer service. Great coffee though
Impressive. Broccoli and cheese soup always awesome. I ordered the pick 2 got a steak and white cheddar, failed to read a full description. My mistake came with horseradish. I was willing to just go order another but the gentleman told me no way, he would just fix me another.
The drive thru too forever and the order was inaccurate. Sarah was polite and friendly. I didn't get to use my panera card. Overall not the best visit but maybe there were other things going on. I'll give them another shot some day.
I sent an email to customer service a week ago and haven't received a response. I bought three seasonal green salads with chicken from the Panera in Easton, Maryland. The lettuce was so wet and soggy I had to throw away all three salads. We even tried drying the lettuce. I didn't feel comfortable eating the salads due to the lettuce being rotten. How someone packed those salads not realizing it was disgusting looking is beyond me. Also, I've noticed throughout the last two months the chicken has been dropping in quality as well. The chicken has weird coloring and almost looks uncooked. No more Panera for us. I'm so disappointed, we used to get Panera at least once a week.
Polite and clean. Good vibe in this location. Perfect if you want more than standard fare at the Marriott.
I love their food there and I love being able to get carryout orders there's not a long wait
