I Order breakfast, steak eggs and cheese bagel it was old l had to turn right back around and take the food back. check your food before u leave the drive-thru l feel if you're offered fast service least give hot food we pay and work hard for our money people like to eat out sometime .would like hot food not something you keep in warmer for hours, look at the food you're serving to your customers. I'm sure your food going to be fresh when your employees take their lunch break .do the same for your customers.
Using there McDonald's app, helps out a lot, I'm saying a lot, why just because of not only its useful, but u can have it ur way in a why to make things that u like even better, and u can order before you get there n pick it up, and or go there and use the app and just eat, but the app can also get you good deals as well as bonus, so u get more for what you can...
I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel and got a bagel that was half toasted, no steak, and the cheese was falling off. The employee behind the counter also called me a slur when he saw I was paying with cash. Never coming back!

I Always enjoy McDonalds food. This particular location in Easton has a literal saint working there. I was having issues with my card and so was going to have to drive home to give my little girl lunch. This employee saw it happen when I tried to pay at the register only to have my card fail. She caught us outside about to leave and gave me my order that she personally paid for. This all happened a week before Christmas and felt like such a blessing. I really hope she gets recognized for the wonderful person she is!
