they never can get an order right. the ppl in the drive thru are rude as hell.
Terrible customer service!!!I pulled into the drive thru and sat there for a few moments, while I was waiting I made sure my kids wanted their usual. The women rudely said hello, then hello can I help you. I asked for a moment because of course the kids wanted to change something. She proceeded to tell me I pulled up and said hello? Not sure what she heard but definitely wasn't me saying hello. Then I had to wait almost 10 minutes for 3 happy meals. While 5 cars pulled up got there food and went around me. I called to see how much longer it would be and the women said it wasn't almost 10 minutes and that they would be right out. She really wanted to argue with me. Rude service...
I stood waiting for my food for 10 minutes after ordering at counter for dine in and nobody told me they just put in on the rack for uber eats. My food sat and got cold for 10 minutes because someone was too lazy to call my name. Mcdonalds used to be the good fast food place for service but after going to a bunch of different ones I guess they are giving up like every other place and don't hold their employees to any standards because they are scared they are going to quit.
Looks like they can’t read at this location ask for nothing on it besides cheese & still got pickles my boyfriend ask for was only ketchup & cheese & also got pickles need new people in the grill that can read & get a order right how do you mess up ALL 4 sandwiches??
One Bisexual male at 6pm would continue to say girllll<- to other employees not doing his job while only 2 people in the back were working. I don't get why people can't do their job and joke when on break. It's highly unprofessional to just walk around the restaurant acting like you can make it in the world elsewhere.

If you order eggs for breakfast, this is what you get. Old overcooked frozen square patty eggs. I have never ever seen eggs that sat in the holding oven so long as to turn brown on the bottom. Second photo is from the top. The bacon has been sitting so long it’s tasteless and soft.I have always loved the store. I was a regular for five years and this was the best one in town. I live 1 minute from the one on 50, but it is always messing up my order, so I always go across town to this one. The last three times I visited, you guys let me down.
I purchased a Medium mocha frappe with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle to go for my extra dessert after meeting ladies at Appleby's for lunch. I received points towards rewards to get a free item when I earn enough to get a variety of choices. The mocha frappe is one of my favorites.?
I love the double cheeseburgers and french fries and a drink the service is great too.
