I've ordered from here quite a few times because I actually like the food, but I have never had a delivery time under 50 minutes, which is ridiculous for even a normal delivery, let alone one that's supposed to be "freaky fast". My last order took literally TWO HOURS. By the time it got here I had already placed an order at an actual restaurant, picked it up, and finished eating. The time before that was over an hour, and every time it's some different excuse about how busy they are. The two hour order I actually called to have my money refunded and the manager got an attitude with me as if I was being impatient. Never ordering again.
When first opened it was great but after that it went down hill

Freaky Slow! We've been going here regularly since they opened in Easton. It was decent food, but always great if you were in a hurry. Since late summer the service has been awful. Today was the worst. We left without our sandwich after waiting 15 minutes for the five people who ordered before us to not get any food. Yes, not one sandwich was completed and served in that time. The one person making sandwiches stopped to take a phone order with a line of people in the restaurant waiting for their food that was already paid for. Lastly, after we ordered they informed us they were out of the regular hero rolls! How does JJs run out of their primary bread.
I came in an ordered two sandwiches. I then proceeded to wait 30 minutes for the two subs. I finally had to ask where my two subs were only to find out they had been given out to the wrong person. Then they finally call me and they got my sandwich totally wrong. This place is horribly run and the owners need to reevaluate their employees and management. I will NEVER come to this store again
1st visit ever. It was a good experience. It was especially nice to be treated by my brother. The bread is very fresh.
