Food was great. Employees were very welcoming.
Supposedly this location is open every day. While I didn’t expect them to be open on a holiday, the doors were locked and no one was as there during stated operating hours this Sunday. Neither their website or social media indicated this would be the case.

Was in over the Memorial holiday for a day in St. Michael's with the kids. Nice local spot with great coffee and the kids enjoyed there wraps and Achi bowl. Would surely recommend trying and will be back on our next visit.
Motoring 400+ miles today, we wanted a quick, healthy, tasty meal, close to Rt 50. Popped in on a Sunday afternoon and got Moroccan lamb meatballs with minted huge-grain couscous; gluten-free banana chocolate brownies; and “Donkey Donut” (made with heel of a babka). [Idlewild Park is a mile away; picnicked there, and the bathrooms were open, great rejoicing!] Lovely healthy tasty diverse grab-and-go selection, and super friendly service. Our helper offered to heat our entree, thoughtfully asking if it would be OK to cut our meatballs in half so everything would heat evenly. A Cran-Apple-Walnut loaf came home with us for breakfast tomorrow. A nice find!
I wanted to try something new for lunch, so I decided to come to Eat Sprout. When I walked in, the lady working was so friendly and explained how the business worked. I bought a wrap, the drunken moneky bread, and the matcha lemonade, and they all were super delicious! Their menu changes monthly, so there is always something new! I love how everything is freshly made and local. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
I want to give a big shout out to these folks for fantastic customer service! After a problem occurred with my pickup order, they went to great lengths to ensure it was complete. Really exceeded my expectations. And I love the food, too!
Highly recommend! I found Eat Sprout through a Google search because I was looking for something healthy to grab for lunch while visiting for work.The associate working was so kind and explained the concept of the store when I walked in.So many options! The store smelled like baked good deliciousness!All the ingredients are fresh and ethically sourced. The portion sizes are perfect! Enough food so you’re full but not too much that you would need an afternoon nap after lunch.Peruvian Chicken - 10/10Matcha lemonade - 10/10 and very refreshingI bought overnight oats for breakfast the next day and I have a suspicion they’re going to be great.
