I'm changing my review solely based on how much the owner cared enough to help us have a better experience. We had placed an order and it arrived an hour late, which was not what I expected after reading previous reviews. This was my first time ordering from Easton Pizzeria and what I thought would be my last. When you find an owner/manager that takes the time to make sure his customers are happy and the food is great, then that is a business worth supporting.
I have to say this is an amazing place to order a quick dinner for the family or to sit and have a nice tasty meal. The customer service is excellent ! I am a very satisfied customer ?
Our HR Dept paid and we ordered pizza for the various offices and it arrived 2 hours late. Every time I called to check on the delivery, the girl answering lied to us saying it would arrive in 10 minutes and became more and more rude each time I called. The final time she actually hung up on me. At no time did I raise my voice nor was I disrespectful. I will NEVER order from them personally or for our office again. No matter how good the food may be….bad customer service trumps everything in my book.
I had the chicken parmigiana pasta with spaghetti garlic bread and ice tea! Bravo, great flavors and filling! Nice, pleasant and they make their own pasta! I ate it entirely.Also through their front window panes is a business which has some amazing metal sculptures. Eight feet tall, perfection (flower & swordfish.
Ordered an Italian sub for dine in. Forgot to put on the provolone. Went to use the bathroom and it was FILTHY. On top of that there was NO toilet paper, soap, or paper towels! Yes, let me finish my sub without washing my hands. Told the girl at the counter and all she c old say is I know. If the bathroom is this gross, makes me question whoever made my sub! Threw inthe garbage
This place is amazing, so many delicious things to choose from! Great pizza and very good appetizers! 10/10 would recommend. I will definitely be going back
The reviews on here have to be fake . This is some of the worst food I’ve ever seen and tasted. The pizza crust is worse then dominoes and is like one giant piece of bread, there wasn’t a single crunch in a bite. Ate 2 bites and threw it outThe cheesesteak was sad looking and plain. It was all cooked well just to add, this is a quality issue and the owner should be ashamed to use such low quality bottom barrel ingredients. Just ordered our first pizza from Easton Pizzeria, just pepperoni. It was delicious. Their crust is particularly good. We had it delivered and it came very quickly. We’ll definitely order from them again!
