I placed 2 orders one online one by phone due to online coupon not working My order was a Med Extra Cheese and stuffed cheese bread which were great other was a Large pepperoni mushrooms pineapple extra cheese which was awful barely any sauce very very thin crust was hard which you can see by pictures i uploaded. Online said i could pick up instore even with it being after 10pm when i got there i stood outside for about 10 to 15 mins waiting to be let in when 2 of the emplyees clearing seen me stabding at the door guy who rung me up was rude told me store closed at 10.. I should have called in right away but it was late we was heading to bed so waited until next evening. When i called i asked to speak to a manger and was told that at least four times in the past year i have called with the same complaint for pizza being hard says has notes in the computer. I can only recall having 1 pizza replaced also said i was 45 mins picking up order when receipts says 10:04 pm Now I wasnt complaining about my whole order didnt say pizza was cold and manger was very rude didnt want to right the mistake one of his employees made by making a awful pizza its a shame and Dominos says they will replace any pizza if anything happens to it between picking up and getting home just have to return uneatten pizza which i had saved the pizza to show them what was wrong with it didnt realized had to call within 2 hours i believe policy says thats my mistake but like i stated it was late we was headed tp bed store was closed to customers with gas being almoat $4 a gal they wasnt going to cover that nor a tip for the driver so i seen no point just figured id call the next day ill know better next time if i even order from this location again which i dont believe we will be I dont believe any customer should be spoken rude to for poor quility food made ..
Ordered two pizzas with pepperoni, sausage, green pepper. They called and said they were out of sauce and pepperoni. Sent me two pizzas no sauce, pepperoni, gobs of mushrooms. Hate mushrooms. Perfect.

Literally ordered a pizza for delivery. Waited 50 minutes and called to check on the status of my delivery. The person who answered the phone claimed the delivery driver had delivered our pizza. I assured him that no pizza had been delivered and that I had seen a delivery driver who I thought was delivering to our house stop at another location and drop something off. This Domino's is so good. They have my Pizza ready as soon as I arrive and it is totally delicious. Low Carb too and lots of chicken. Very happy with this Domino's. The computer could use some work.
At 9:45 we called domino's to order some pizzas and some wings we were told they closed at 10 o'clock but she continued to take our order when it was time to pay for the stuff we ordered she put us on hold and then after that they wouldn't answer the phone. so when we went up there to pay for the pizza it's dark in domino's and 2 people sitting in their cars so we went to giant to see if they were open, when they were closing. we came back through Dover road there's still sitting in the cars Why if were closed, why they still sit in the cars after 10:00 if its supposed to be closed at. On line said domionclose at 11 pm.
Order 35 dollars worth of food ...ordered the 5 cheese dip and got nothing to dip into the cheese...unaware that I had to specifically order the bread and cheese together..then when called to speak with them ask could I bring the cheese dip back was told no that I could come in and pay for the bread...figured I would try something different from there but with poor customer service I won't be going back

Yum! Easton Domino's was my first job at 14, and I stayed there till 19. Many of the drivers I worked with are still there! The food's just as amazing as the employees too. It's extremely rare for a mistake to happen, but when it does they're great about getting it fixed!
