Very hard for me to leave a 2 star because I’ve been going here forever to this exact one and have never had any issues but as of late, the past however many times the fries have been beyond soggy and never full. Everything else is great the employees are friendly and outgoing as well as the rest of the food but the fries have just been so bad over the past half year it honestly sucks because from now on I’m done wasting my money on fries.
I was in drive thru line and the girl outside was taking orders and literally skipped me after looking at me and didnt took my order. Line moved forward and i waited at the station to place an order but obviously none said anything and when i got to the final window then they took my order . How can you skip someone in the line after seeing them ? This is completely unacceptable.It was on Tuesday 05/17 around 5 pm.
Food was very good. The soup was fresh and hot.
It was a good experience. it was not overly crowded inside. We were able to eat inside. Tables were clean. Food was good as usual.
Placed breakfast order at drive-thru. Got to window and paid. Waited a few minutes for my order. Girl finally brought it, no apology for the length of wait. Handed me my order, which apparently was in 2 bags. One bag fell to the ground. No apology, no offer to get me another one or to refund my money. I couldn't get the car door open to get it. Not the way to start your day.
I’ve just moved to the area and i am very pleased with the service at this Chick-Fil-A. Also Alaysia and Tanai where such amazing and sweet young ladies!!
Nothing like biting into your sandwich and it isn’t right!! So irritating.
Never had a problem with them until tonight went to get original crispy chicken sandwich no pickles it had pickles on it I could deal with that then as I opened up the sandwich and looked at it it looked like it was a chicken tender on it and it wasn't even a decent size chicken tender so I'm not sure if they ran out of chicken breast but it definitely was not original crispy chicken sandwich and I was starving so I never went back in to complain about it I just ate it and went on my way
Great Food, Great Service, Pleasant EmployeesHaving the employees out taking orders and money is awesome! We went through the line with no problem and was very efficient way to handle the lunch rush!!!
