Very good ice cream. Extremely creamy and flavorful. I got the black raspberry and pb cup. The establishment is very clean, beautifully and uniquely decorated, and has nice outdoor seating. Only feedback and reason I give 4 stars is that they were unable to use my BluePoint gift card for my purchase…which was reason I stopped here in the first place. The staff seemed frazzled at how to get it to work…ultimately, not a big deal, I would come back here for sure!
Just came back from heaven. can report, they’ve got Bonheur. Ice cream was great, very creamy, definitely rich. I had peanut butter cup - it’s on point. So peanut buttery - like you have a spoon full of Jif (but better, obviously).The salted caramel pecan - luscious. Smooth. Caramel is fresh, obviously homemade.Scoops are packed. They really pack it on - single scoop did me in.
A nice selection of ice cream (a dozen or so varieties) is always excellent and every slice of pie I have ever gotten has been top shelf. Thank you to Bluepoint Hospitality for your continued support of the Easton Volunteer Fire Department and all first responders in Talbot County.
We went here with our two kiddos and the staff instantly made us feel unwelcome. The ice cream was average. They then proceeded to chastise one of kids for standing on a banquette and said they were worried about them “making a mess.” This is the THIRD Bluepoint Group establishment we have tried in Easton and every time our family is made to feel unwelcome. Disappointed as always and will not come back.
The entire experience exceeded my expectations. The food was outstanding, our waitress was attentive and kind and the tea was spot on. We will be visiting again.
My family and I love Bonheur. The last 2 years I’ve gotten pie and ice cream to-go for my wife’s birthday. Tonight I went in again for her birthday and let the nice lady waiting on me know that it was her birthday. She was so sweet and asked if I needed a birthday candle and of course I did. Very sweet of her to ask and send me home with amazing birthday desserts and candle too. Amazing customer service and staff and I can’t say enough about this beautiful place. Thanks so much!

I thoroughly enjoyed tea at Bonheur today! No detail was overlooked and I cannot think of a more delightful way to start Spring Break. From the exquisitely decorated room, soothing music, beautiful tea service and of course the menu. The service was amazing. One of the best experiences I have had in Easton. Definitely, a must do!
I cannot deny, I underestimated the experience before arriving but the location, the ambiance, the tea, the food and staff (Ashlyn and others) were perfect. It felt like a dream and I felt nostalgic the entire time. Great company and great tea!!! Side note: they do not sell their teas on site but Holly, the manager, literally walked with me around the corner in the rain to a coffee shop that sells them and gave me a few stops in Paris for tea and great food. I can’t stop sharing how wonderful this place and experience was. I’ll be returning soon with more friends.p.s. The bathroom was not only immaculately clean, it was beautiful. I could have sat in there for an hour.
