This restaurant has fallen badly in terms of service. We have gone on two separate occasions over the past month and the dining room was closed. Excuse being short staffed. I have been in the service industry a good many years (30+) and this shows poor management. There were many times when we were short staffed and management would either call people in, or it just meant everyone had to step up their A game. By not doing either and having your dining room closed, this just shows neither is being done. Businesses have closed up for less than this. And to add insult, we were told today they can't give out receipts because their printer was broken. Question is, how long have you known the printer was broken? What if I was on a work trip and had to turn in receipts for reimbursement.? Strike 3 today - ordered the boneless wing combo that comes with fries only to find out I was shorted the fries. All of this is UNACCEPTABLE. I will never return to this particular restaurant.
Arby's has always been one of my favorite fast foods.
Only thing holding back the 5th star was the condition of the chicken tenders, one of our two meals. Were old, not hot, heavily breaded.
