Wow, don't understand the bad reviews. Went here on a Thursday afternoon and EVERYONE working counter were very friendly. Greeted when entering door, pleasant conversation while ordering, quick service and informed us where to get napkins and utensils without us asking. Food was fine for $5 biggie bags. No problems with our order. Young lady was making sure dining area and then restroom were cleaned. When we left we were thanked and wished to have a great day.☺️
Ordered online, went to drive thru for pick up.. no one answered.. ppl were leaving after waiting for a long time. The establishment was open but it looked like no one was inside and no sign posted outside. I could hear ppl honking in the drive thru, without more delay I canceled my online order and left. Hope everything was fine. There were two cars parked outside.
I was at this 'establishment' yesterday and I didn't like I got, but I so hungry that I ate it anyway. However, i accidentally knocked the top bun off my burger and i found a dead roach under the lettuce. I wanted to talk to the manager but the line was so long so I went home. In the middle of the night i started having stomach pants so bad that I was admitted to the ER. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU!
Drive through is consistently slow, poor communication and service. I’ve sat in the parking lot watching employees drive through the drive-thru multiple times in order to decrease their average wait time. This is a busy location near the court house and many corporate offices but the management of this store is abysmal.
This used to be one of the best locations. JBCs we’re on point always. Fresh fries. But now, over multiple occasions, my experience has been awful. The staff seem to be on some type of substance and out of it. They are clearly inconvenienced by any customer and make horrible food. The frosty I ordered was liquid form and tasted really off. The burger tasted worse than an MRE. Pass on this place until they get back to basics.
Want food but no utensils? Or perhaps you want only half of everything you ordered. I don't blame the workers for the slack performance from this location. At some point, it's the fault of grossly incompetent management and/or ownership.
They were busy but there wasn't a long wait to get food. Moved quicker than other Wendys I've been to. The food was as expected, a filling burger and crisp fries.
The reason why I gage this a three was because...1. They no longer no dine in, and you only get to do drive-thru, which was not bad.2. The staff was pretty good, just that she didn't know all the answers to what I asked. But still, I do recommend this place for anyone who enjoys the drive-thru!
Terrible Wendy’s. No customers there and still took 15 mins to get our order and of course it was incorrect. Then we left after waiting another 5 minutes for the promised correction. I’ll just dispute the charge and avoid this Wendy’s in the future.
This is literally the worst fast food location in the area, and I mean ALL of Columbia. I've eaten at most of the places here, and I'd personally rather starve than attempt another order at this Wendy's.Wendy's as a franchise is fine, food is solid. This location manages to underwhelm beyond your wildest dreams. The crew is lazy, they seem to fail at basic levels of information retention, and have a horrible attitude no matter how nicely you approach them. They have consistently gotten my order wrong 3x in the past 2 weeks, and going back to get them to correct it is a massive time loss. If you value your time in any capacity, avoid this restaurant, and if you eat here and they mess up your order, chalk it up to a loss and move on, it's not worth standing there. And seeing several fully developed human beings stumble when asked to read a screen and slap a few ingredients into variations of the same item incorrectly somehow.Wendy's is also massively expensive here, if you're going to pay 10+ Dollars for a burger meal here go literally anywhere else.
