This Wendys in particular is trash, AVOID AVOID AVOIDConstantly soggy fries, that only taste like the old oil they were cooked inRandom days of being closed with no signage, only some cones in the drive thru lineI dunno where the other Wendys in columbia is, but take the hit and go there instead.
First order from this location was made from Door Dash, i had asked for a spicy chicken sandwich and 10 regular nuggets. What i received was spicy nuggets and a spicy chicken sandwich with no bbq sauce or ketchup which is what i requested. No biggie. Second order i came in person, i asked for regular nuggets which i got, i asked for no ice in my large lemonade got ice. Asked repeatedly for one bbq one ghost pepper, got two ghost peppers. Retured to order a second 10 piece with bbq which i got. Im 32 next month. Last name card first name joseph .
Do not, I repeat do not come to this Wendy's after 8, the line does not move they will not take your order. They are just sitting inside doing nothing. This has happened multiple times you might as well just shut it down
One of the most useless fast food places in Columbia. Poor customer service, long lines in drive way, long waiting time inside, little to no staff. Avoid at all cost.
I had 2 cars in front of me at the drive-thru and waited almost half an hour for my food. The food was cold when I got it, including the fries they garuntee would be hot. I've gone to other Wendy's and never had this problem. I will never come back to this location for this reason. You'll be better going to the Chick-fil-a next door with 50 cars in front of you. It will at least be faster and taste better.

It's New Year's Eve at 8 pm and dinner was a bust. Wendy's was the only place open and they knew it. I pull up to the intercom no one greeted; not even to say "I'll be right with you." My simple order of a cheeseburger and 2 medium fries resulted with a COLD BURGER AND COLD FRIES. Like they were sitting on the counter somewhere. The fries tasted as if they were a day old.
It's Wendy's. It's ok. It's fast food but they're slow now a days. Allow at least 5-8 minutes PER car in drive through. So a 5 car line is easily 30 minutes. But they try their best and I have no complaints about the food or service just hire a few more people
They are typically fast. The Dobbin Shopping Center gets crazy bust. So be careful turning into Wendy's.The food is always good and the service is prompt and professional.
Good food. Always fresh! Drive thru always has a long line. The drive thru person always rushes the order and cuts you off while ordering!!. I went two days in a row for lunch. They seemed under staffed and maybe stressed....I only go when im craving nuggets. If you get past the slight rudeness it's worth the wait
