Best pizza in my life, but it won't be for everyone. I have grown up eating Vennari's Pizza, a small family owned and worked carry out pizza place. It has been passed on from father to son and every time Im back in Maryland I make it a point to drive to Columbia soley to pick up a large cheese.Like I said though, it won’t be for everyone. The sauce is sweet but the seasoning is great and the cheese is plenty full but not of the highest quality so it can be kind of greasy. The crust however is the best I’ve ever had in my life.
This was quite possibly the worst pizza I have ever had. It was a thin, floppy, carelessly thrown together greasy mess. The crust was burnt, the sauce was bland and it barely had any cheese on it. I also ordered a side of Jalapeño Poppers. Pretty hard to mess up right? Wrong. Each popper consisted of a hunk of half melted cheddar cheese loosely stuffed inside of a jalapeño skin with barely enough breading to cover it. The food was literally not edible...
They don’t care about their customers. Very rude to customers and Its takes an hour to pick up order even tho there were no customers at the place.
Tried this place on a whim one day, and have gone back three times already. The food is really good, the pizza is greasy like I like it. Definitely would recommend this place.
Sausage, mushroom and extra sauce. Soooooo good!
I ordered food from here for the first time after recently moving back To the area. My special instructions were followed perfectly, and I am very pleased with all 3 items I received. I will be back and tell my friends in the area about this place
Hands down the best pizza in town. I had vennaris after 10 years still taste exactly the same. We'll definitely be back for more n more.
Great pizza! Really love the thin crust veggie pizza - so crispy! Just the right amount of everything and incredibly light! Definitely don’t mind waiting for a fresh baked hand-tossed pizza.Plus, the fries with old bay are to die for! Can’t wait to try the subs too!
The service is awful. These are awful people. Except the driver. He is very nice. The only thing that’s good is the Steak and cheese. The pizzas are never fresh. They seem to keep changing the recipe. The owner is very rude and disrespectful. Don’t waste your money here. Stay away from this nasty place.
This was Sun Crust pizza and I had a Local Flavor voucher that expired Jan 2022. I drove almost an hour to this place only to see they've changed the name and they did not accept my voucher. They told me they stopped taking them 3 months ago. I feel like they should have honored the voucher because I bought it way before they changed the name. I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend this place.
