This place is great for meals with family or friends. Booths and that seat up to six are equipped with electric burners for individual pots for your broth and everything you want to cook in it. If you're not a spice king, start with the Less Spicy broth if you want to enjoy your meal. Trust me, Anything you want to cook in your broth can be ordered at anytime on the tablet at the table and it's always brought out quickly. There is an hour and half time limit on the tables but you should be able to fill up before then.
Dining experience was good. Friendly staff, good food, and the dessert was great. I liked how you could order food right from the tablet and have it brought to your table quickly and efficiently. Note that, although it’s all you can eat, you have to pay extra for the food you don’t eat to combat wastefulness. Not a huge issue though. Overall a good experience. BZ to the Hot Pot Crew

such a great place to go! very welcoming environment, super cozy on a cold day. we went for dinner and ordered one original broth and one spicy broth. had the lamb, some noodles, octopus, pumpkin, marinated shrimp, mussels, and several other things. the pork dumplings are 10/10, definitely recommend!!! the ipad ordering is so convenient and fast, wish more places did this!!
ALWAYS an amazing time at Urban Hotpot. Ingredients were fresh, service was impeccable. We came at 12:00PM and were seated quickly. The broth came within five minutes of ordering, and the foods came quickly. We were done eating by about 1:15PM.For about $25 a person for lunch, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! (We have been here many times prior to this visit).Visited again January 26. Again had an amazing time! Prompt seating, ample parking, wonderful and attentive wait staff. Fresh and delicious broth and foods. Today, above all days, also had amazing music! We tipped 22% :)❤️ Urban Hotpot!
$24 all you can eat hot pot - everything was great and the sauce bar had so many options. Don’t skip the ribeye or the lamb and the mala spicy broth was excellent.iPad ordering made the whole experience seamless

Our favorite restaurant this whole vacation. Everyone gets an individual hotpot. There are multiple broths and sauces. The wide range of food is fantastic.
I really love the food, you don’t have to go around to different stores and get the food, great costume are service, and best of all you get to make your own soup. That is why I like Hot Pot. Oh and the logo is cool.
