Similar experience as some of the other reviewers who had lobster rolls before this restaurant. This version from Walrus Oyster Bar and Alehouse is composed of knuckle and claw meat. My roll had a reasonable portion of lobster meat at 4.5 oz. The fries were not impressive. Family members who had not had lobster rolls before said it was very tasty and would get it again. The cod from the fish and chips was really good, with nice big chunks. The packaging for take out resulted in soggy, spongey fish and wet French fries. The package has no ventilation. My order was still hot but already soggy by the time I got home.I’ll try the fish and chips again when I can eat it outdoors. The lobster roll was tasty but not a good overal value to me. I do not like to fry fish at home, so I’ll get the fish and chips again but just not through takeout. Parking also was terrible just for picking up food. They won’t do curbside when it’s busy. The other reviewers seem to enjoy the happy hour, so maybe that’s something to try next.

I thought the hostess were lovely on this busy day! My sisters and I came for Saturday brunch. The server to some time to get to us, but it was busy so totally understood. However once he did our service was amazing so nice and friendly. So the had a 26 dollar bottomless so of course we got that and tried every option! The Sangria tasted way to sugary as well as the hurricane. I didn’t care for the passion fruit mimosa, however the regular mimosa tasted great! I also enjoyed my Bloody Mary (it was on the spicy side). They have a plethora of breakfast and lunch options. For an appetizer we got the deviled eggs which were yum! Loved that it’s topped with a fried pursuer. I got the lobster roll which was really good! And my sister and I got the steak and eggs which was yummy. For desert we got the cinnamon rolls which were also good. I would totally go back. My only complaint they need a better system for drinks if it’s bottomless with a time limit.

1st visit and we loved it! Must try the deviled eggs - yummy with the fried oyster on top and a little spicy. Lobster roll was delicious. We also had the Harbor platter - cornmeal batter was light and tasted great. Just a little disappointed at the portion sizes for it to be enough for 2 people. Overall worth 4 stars.

I really want to like this place, since the 'burbs have a serious lack of late night spots especially after the pandemic... But my most recent experience wasn't any more compelling than the first time. Late night Happy Hour is a welcome concept, but the place was... listless and joyless. Full bar but zero enthusiasm on either side of the bar. Nobody ordering anything but draft beers, but I still had to wait a rather long time to be acknowledged (it was still 2+ hours to last call). One of my cocktails was batched (aka, doesn't slow them down to make), a 2nd one was handcrafted. The food? The calamari was *awful* for a seafood place. A tiny portion for $14 (special pricing??) made with seasonings & batter that don't flatter the squid at all. Skip. The coconut shrimp was much better but not enough to save the night. Smallish portion, but cheaper (oddly) than the calamari. I'd get this again. Maybe the oysters or daytime table service are better here, but I think this gets scratched off the list this time.

One of my favorite seafood happy hour spots in the area. Get the raw oysters, oyster Rockefeller, jumbo crab claw and mussels. The wings here are huge and juicy. A great steal at $1.50. Drink specials are perfect as well. Happy hour is usually from 3-6 and after 9 pm some nights. Awesome place to stop by for some cocktails and fresh seafood

This restaurant was amazing! The menu had such a variety for a Oyster house, and my entire group was able to get something they liked. The restaurant was super busy but because it was so open, it didn’t seem too crowded. They have one of the top lobster rolls in the country, and it shows.

Always a super solid meal. On my most recent visit, we ordered a lobster roll and the burger. The lobster roll was great and served with super crispy fries. The burger was also amazing - two thin pattys and some house made sauce.Their drinks are great too and they have awesome desserts

Tried the house specialty - LOBSTER ROLL100% Lobster. My personal preference would include onion and celery, but still very delicious. Hurricane was excellent. Outdoor seating was perfect for the beautiful weather. Our server was a little green or distracted, but friendly.

We were on our way to the cheesecake factory but decided to try something different and wet here instead. This is my first time here noticed that they had a happy hour menu and decided to try it. We were pleasantly surprised and pleased with all of the different appetizers that we selected. The only one I probably wouldn’t get again was the crab claw. Wasn’t seasoned or flavored well but everything else was really really good. I recommend this place if you’re looking for a good happy hour menu! Prices are also reasonable for happy hour.We ordered the deviled eggs, fried oysters, buffalo wings, muscles, Coconut shrimp and crab claw. An extra bonus. This really good Cornbread to munch on while we waited for our food to come out. The service was also really quick.
