Normally a good place with good chicken tenders. Although today I just got home and they forgot my honey mustard even after explicitly stating I wanted it. Very disappointed with the service tonight!
I’m a bartender in the Columbia area, so I try my best to understand what restaurants are going through. We ordered delivery after I got off a long night of work. My boyfriends fish and chips showed up like this. My salad was wrong. I empathize with the fact we ordered food at 12pm but if the kitchen is open till 1:30am why were we given this? I’m always mindful of ordering. Disappointing.
Totally wrong food came due to Greene Turtle's employee error and managers would NOT take appropriate measures so I could receive the food we paid for. They wanted Grub hub driver to return without reimbursement (or for ME to pick up the food) despite their restaurant's mistake. Horrible customer service and they wasted my time AND Grub Hub driver's time standing in the driveway trying to get GT to resolve the situation properly which they did not. We are starting over and ordering dinner from somewhere else

Logan Was AMAZING!!! We ordered the salmon sandwich and the blackened tuna tacos and everything came out perfectly. I also highly recommend the kinda hot old bay wings !!! But ask for Logan she was great!
Our waiter Caleb was just so incredibly slow. We ordered drinks that never came. He got our food order wrong and charged us too much. We waited more than 15 minutes for him to pick up the check. This is the first time in my life I didn’t leave a tip for a waiter.
Ordered the Black and Bleu shrimp salad via door dash. All of the salad is soft and old and there are missing ingredients. Shrimp also very undercooked. First and last time ordering from here.
One of my favorite places in Columbia for tasty chicken wings. The Old bay wings are my favorite. Bartenders here know their way around mixed drinks. Excellent variety but a bit pricey. Ladies- guys hang out in this place
I ordered the strawberry tea and pretzel sticks. I was disappointed in both. I get the pretzel sticks from GT all the time, but at this one, they were dry. Usually they bake them and brush a little butter/oil over them. Well the manger said they didn't do that there. The tea tasted watered down with a few pieces of strawberry. No tea flavor at all. Very disappointed in this Green Turtle. I should've known it was going to be bad when my food was ready in 6 min
