Food proportions are large to make up for the lack of flavor. Like cafeteria food, but worse because I pay more for this food.Red velvet cheesecake was sickeningly sweet and made me feel unwell from the high level of sweetness.Slow service, food took 35 minutes to arrive. Would not return.
Racist manager. don’t go there to spoil yr evening.Ms Yvette, the manager at this store is very racist.Very rude and illiterate person.Would you expect anyone to yell at customer at the host stand for just asking for one extra chair??We booked for 4 but had 5 people. She aggressively lashed out at us.She instructed the host to give us a tiny booth. We did Ty even utter a word as we were there to have good time but we were wrong!!There were several seats and bigger booths available in all sections of the restaurant but she is just racistWhen we asked if we can move to another spot, Ms Yvette was spying on us and ran quickly again to yell at us again!!!WOW. Paying to get insulated by restaurant staff!!Vacant seats were vacant till our departure!Manager / nobody, never came to ask us how our food was?How unfairly treated by bunch of restaurant staff!!Can never image to go there again.
Jambalaya Pasta was full of oil today. Normally, this is a great go-to dish that is always on point. Quality has taken a hit at this location recently. We will keep coming back and hope things improve. (Even the manager took a look and agreed). We were still billed for thr dish after pointing this out to the manager and he agreed.As for service, it seems they are short staffed and have too many tables to serve or the staff is not trained well. Either way, there are some seriously long waits for food once you are sat.
We arrived at 730pm. We were seated at 845pm. We ordered at 9pm, but we didn't receive our food until about 950pm. We informed the waitress that we wanted to order cheesecake after our dinner. A few minutes later she took our menus and left. At that time we asked her to please bring us 6 different slices of cheesecake's. She returned with containers and said that they had placed them in a to-go dish and that the pastry kitchen was closed, which is why they did not include whipped cream with the cheesecake. We were practically rushed out the door when they were the ones that brought our food almost an hour after ordering. We didn't even get our complimentary bread and butter until after our dinner was served.The waitress was great, however the kitchen staff wasn't on their job.
I came in by myself with two young children. They were very accommodating they said 30 mins but it was like 15 mins. waitress checked up on me twice after food was delivered. It was a little complex because my son also wanted milk instead of soda, then 2 to go cheesecakes to eat at home and a meal to go for hubby who was home. All this took about an hr, which to me was quick and definitely painless even with kiddos in public.
My server was great! I had a good time. My Salmon was just as I like it, crispy on the sides and moist in the inside. The only complain I have is that they don’t cut the broccoli ? , it’s just a huge broccoli stem (it was seasoned deliciously) but ,nonetheless, they still deserve a 5 stars!Highly recommend.
Always very satisfied coming to this Cheesecake Factory. Extremely tasty dishes, great prompt service, friendly staff. They clearly take pride in their food and service.

Nice food great service was there for lunch
This place is a disgrace. First the hosts would have earbuds in their ears whether mangers are there or not. They will tell you the wait is 35 minutes but then be an hour wait. Including when I asked the host how much longer would we have to wait the host said we had the table ready but we have wait for a waitress to enter her shift because she was late to work and nothing could be done because them as a host can not seat me or others. It’s not my fault I have to wait for an employee to enter their shift. Then I got my drink in a chipped cup. When my appetizer arrived it was mostly burnt. I even found a chip of plastic in my side dish. Overall the service was horrible in fixing these problems and would not recommend coming here again.
