Went to Texas Roadhouse last night for dinner! Started off with a side salad and the app where u get a few different things. For my dinner I had the country fried chicken and my boyfriend got a filet. Steak was cooked to perfection and all the food was great. The service topped everything off, Shannon was great! Had no problem turning the game on one of the TVS for us and was so friendly! Great drinks also! Thanks Shannon we’ll be back soon because of how well u took care of us!!
Service is average - not great but not terrible. Food is Average, I've had better food at other steakhouses. Cuts of steak could be better and potatoes/side dishes could be better. Ambience not great -very noisy inside with the music playing causing people to talk louder. Birthdays with the Saddle are annoying.
The food was scrumptious!! Our waitress, Jaylin, was the absolute best!!! This was our first time dining here and everything was superb. Brian was also friendly and fun to talk with. What a great place to bring your family!! Keep up the great work Columbia Texas Roadhouse!!

Great service at this location and short wait on food. I appreciate the service received as my last two times at Texas Roadhouse at other locations was not a good experience.
The food was really great! It was fairly busy but the food still came out fast. The server was great and attentive and checked on us multiple times throughout. The atmosphere was also nice and the price was amazing especially in comparison to other restaurants with similar entrees. Would reccomend highly.
Awesome service every time extremely busy or not although it is a fast-paced restaurant.Food comes out HOT & fresh!!! My favorite appetizer is the Fried pickles with smoke house sauce!!! Fun experience each time. O recommend this to anybody who loves steaks/burgers and drinks!!
The food and service was great. Beef tips and steaks very good. The house salads are better than most restaurants. Prices are pretty reasonable. Our family of ten called ahead for a 5:30 table, but we still waited til 6 to be seated. Then we were seated in two separate booths across from each other. It worked because we sat the four big grandsons in their own booth, and the six adults across from them. But that could have been a problem for some groups. Anyway, we had a real nice dinner and evening there.
Bad experience. Unprovoked attack by a white female greeter. Rude greeter ordered me to wait in car for text message. Text message was never sent. The white female greeter obviously felt comfortable exhibiting Karen behavior because no one else waiting in the lobby area was told to go to their car and wait at the same time I was. When Grant the service manager was notified he did nothing but pay for a 7.99 appetizer as though there was no big deal in her Karen behavior. The problem is that management seeing it not as a big deal is the issue. The incident made me angry, upset and stressed. By the time my food came, it was cold and not eatable. No one helped me find my table for ten minutes. I was wandering around the restaurant looking for my sister for ten minutes.
