Ordered a item through Uber eats and Uber eats doesn’t allow the removal of guacamole (Allergic) and I called this subway literally 10 times and waited the entire time for each call till it timed out. Get better service.
This Subway is awful. I came in with a coupon and she seemed annoyed and said you cant have anything extra if you have a coupon. Worst Subway I've ever been to.
They can’t follow SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS!! I requested for my subs to be cut into 4 pieces...not once but three times in the special instructions section. What is the purpose of asking me if I have any special instructions IF NO ONE IS GOING TO READ IT!!
We have been visiting this Subway for at least once or twice a month over the past several years. It is a typical Subway restaurant. That is, primarily carry-out but with three or four tables if you want to eat there. The coupons of late (in 2020) have been great; examples are $5.99 for almost all foot-long sub and $12.99 for two foot-long subs. Desserts are limited to cookies but we rarely indulge.
Please get people who can speak English got extra meat and didn’t even know such poor service
Subway always gives coupons in the mail, and the customer service is very friendly!
The staff is friendly and pretty quick for it to be lunchtime on a Friday. And my food tasted good. So...I was satisfied.
