4/19/22' ordered 3 subs online, it wasn't ready when I arrived. I sat and waited, got to watch this man preparing my 3 subs, I literally boiled, I barely managed myself to remain calm than blowing off at this older man. Seems old african man, not only he didn't know what he was doing, he was slamming things on to the sub like preparing dogfood, then he realized he made it wrong and picked up all of the slices and veges, then threw it on other bread. He was just very very unprofessional and ignorant. Right, no greeting, no gratitude nor apologetic, tried to put 3 subs in a small bag, didn't fit, so he used another small bag, then just pushed everything towards me and walked away.
The reception I always received from this subway had been friendly till this morning 4/22/22. The Nigerian lady I met today was super rude to me as a customer. She mess up my order and instead of apologizing try to blame. She went on and did the same to another customer yelling at us to leave the store.
I usually do not post reviews, but I had to this time. The exterior of the subway is littered with people loitering begging for money. If you can make it past the wall of people and actually into the store prepare for further disappointment. Within the past few weeks I was always able to use coupons. Today when presenting a buy one get one free I was told that the owner no longer honors coupons despite the expiration date not being for another month. I am not hit with a bill that is twice what I was expecting to pay. This will be the last time I visit this location.
The staff members was super friendly and the kids enjoyed their sandwich.
Order the tuna wrap and the personal pizza on the app for pickup. Was super excited to eat it but when I opened up my order the pizza was folded in half wrapped in the same paper they use for the subs. The tuna wrap was almost ok but they forgot one thing, the tuna... This wasn’t the first time I was disappointed by this particular subway. Not long ago I ordered one of the melts and instead just got a toasted sandwich with maybe two slices of cheese. Good thing there are other better subways in the area.

Good food but the cashier didn’t ring up my subs with a meal correctly. Instead of giving me the cups for drinks, she wanted to charge me the full price for the cups instead of fixing her error. Sorry - poor customer service!
Overall it’s clean and good but definitely not customer friendly. If you don’t understand what customer is saying, you can ask again. No need to throw attitude and dislikes.
It's tucked away in a little alley so it's not visible from the road. Sometimes people hanging out in the alley can seem a little sketchy but we've never been hassled. This hasn't always been our favorite subway as they tended to be a little light on toppings, but the current servers were actually pretty good and made a great sandwich. It's also near a Chinese restaurant, Dunkin', McDonald's and Papa John's is just through the alley to the right.
Great experience and awesome place.
