Went here for the first time today and the whole time was great! This store is dog friendly (drive-thru)! The comradery was great and you can feel and the happiness and unity of the staff!
Wow I miss precovid Starbucks. Employees not as upbeat, no one sitting around working, where's the music? This store has a wonderful wall of animal regulars and my chai and spinach wrap were exactly what I needed.
Had the star drink here for the first time and it was amazing. All their refreshers are really good.
Staff here always provide good service and are friendly when I visit. To management please get a few more baristas on duty. During peak times.
Good coffee, but the customer service could have been a bit more welcoming and friendly. Please take a cue from your neighbors over at Chick-fil-A, who excel at their mannerism.
Ordered a decaf americano, which Liz made. It tasted like warm plain water. Some guy made it over and much better.
Constantly gets a simple iced americano order wrong by putting 2 shots opposed to three. Also, rude staff that doesn't greet you and makes you wait for 5-10 minutes, knowing you are waiting in front of the counter
I'm not a Starbucks fan personally, but my wife is. The other day she went inside with the baby on hip, forgot her card in the car, and the barista offered to buy the drink for her. That's what I'm talking about. 5 stars just for that. Drinks were made well apparently and bathroom had changing station and was clean to boot. Thanks guys!
No greeting, continued to wait while a personal conversation continued for 5 minutes. Ordered 2 croissants and 2 blueberry muffins, waited 20 minutes. Name was never called, just had to walk to the counter. Seemed to hear everyone else's name called as I waited. Horrible service...not returning
I know it's hit or miss with customer service these days, but today's visit was definitely a miss. The barista was very dismissive and seemed more interested in her side conversation than in doing her job. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
