While I really like this store because of its outdoor space, kind staff - it could really use more attention towards its dining areas. I live 3 minutes away and I'm always here - more often than not, the tables would need wiping, floor would have debris. The long tables are a great idea but it may just be me but there are a bit too many chairs. All of this don't deter me from going. Thanks.
Lovely large and clean store with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Fast and friendly service. Would give five stars but there's never any parking available and I have to park across the street.
Go inside and experience kindness. The lady greeted me smiling VIP style and I think that it made me remember why I really do still love people , kindness is catching? great customer service ? my chai latte was good as well. Thanks lady!
This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. It was before Covid because of the seats outside which is nice in warm but not too hot weather. During Covid they added more seating and that was great. I still do not eat inside a restaurant/coffee shop so I keep enjoying their nice patio.
Starbucks app always indicates a lack of oat milk in this franchise. They do have oat milk if you order in person, though. That is a hassle if your favorite drink has oat milk in it and you want to pre-order.
I'm definitely a fan of all the open space, big windows, and electrical outlets. Had potential to be a great space to study (and was)... over the last few months they've started to play their music super loud (so loud you can hear it over noise canceling headphones). Looking for another go-to study spot. :-(
picked up my favorite drink from here and it tasted great! it’s the grande mango dragonfruit lemonade with raspberry syrup and passion tango tea with light ice. highly recommend!
Literally the best Starbucks ever thanks they are hard workers great crew visited on a Friday morning for my commute to work thanks essential workers
This Starbucks is always extremely busy, but I sit in line every morning waiting to order the same thing every day. The people working the window are generally pleasant. I do miss the crew that was there last year; they were all outstanding. Today, I went later in the morning than usual, ordered my usual, and after arriving home, began to drink my coffee and tasted milk. Ugh. Not my order. I tried drinking it, but it just wasn't what I drink nor what I wanted or ordered. I drive back to get the correct order. When I arrived at the window, the not-so-friendly woman handed me a drink that was not my order (again). I let her know, and she asked what I ordered. I proceeded to explain the mistake that had been made, and after speaking to someone else, she handed me another drink. I asked, "Are you sure it's my order?" She said did you order a blah, blah, blah. I couldn't remember the Starbucks specifics sizes right away and later said I ordered a tall. She rolled her eyes and looked away because the replacement order was a grande. This probably seems petty, and maybe it is, but I have been coming to this Starbucks for at least two years every day. I order the same thing. The woman was rude, not apologetic that I had to come back to get what I originally ordered. It's just not good customer service. Once before, I was given the wrong order with the crew I love. When I returned to let them know, they were very apologetic and even gave me a gift card for a free cup of coffee to use on a later day. I didn't require a gift card, just good customer service, which I did not receive this morning. Please train All of your staff in good customer service protocol.
Very rude people. I went in with my service dog and they did not allow me in with him. He was not doing anything wrong, he was just standing by my side. Then two people came and forced me to leave. They also made me call Starbucks customer service to ask them the policy and even tho they said I was allowed to be there with the dog, they still did not let me in after customer service spoke to them. I had never had this issue at any other Starbucks. The worst!
