Its Starbucks. Its sometimes busy, no where to sit really. The quality it's better than Micky D's but more expensive and more likely to run out of ingredients for that special drink or treat.
I never found the location it was not easy access to the public.
Smells good, but I do not like burnt tasting coffee. Dunkin' Donuts coffee is far better.
Waited for a VERY long time just to get a cup of coffee. Finally got up there and didn't order anything fancy, just a regular coffee. It was cold and stale, worst coffee I have ever had at a Starbucks. There were only two people working, Management should have staffed more help. If you are expecting the normal Starbucks quality you won't find it here. I'd suggest going downstairs and go to McDonalds.

I love Starbucks. The coffee and food are great for a short stop and you can always get free WiFi. However this Starbucks in the Mall at Columbia wasn’t the same as others. The girl serving was disinterested and very slow. There were only 2 people in front of me but I got fed up waiting and walked out - something I haven’t done at any Starbucks before. There is a cafe serving Starbucks coffee - and nicer cakes - in Barnes and Noble just a 2 minute walk away.
