Hello, owner, if you see this could you please reach out to me? This is the 3rd day my coworkers and I have tried to order nearly $100 worth of smoothies from your location on grubhub. Each and every time, our order was canceled. Each time we ordered well before your delivery deadline. When I called to inquire why my entire team was let down, yet again, by someone at your store canceling our order, a young man allegedly named Devon, said he didn't cancel the order. He said one other person was on shift with him, who he claimed also didn't cancel the order. So, now Devon thinks I'm dumb, and that ghosts are going around canceling your grubhub orders. All I'm asking for is an explanation. I have my suspicions as to why two young workers would want to cancel an order for 6 smoothies, but I don't want to assume. All i want is the truth and an apology for not adding any notes as to why the orders were cancelled. No communication, no honesty, no answers, no nothing. Totally unacceptable. Not to mention it takes up to 5 days for the money to be refunded to my card. With cancelled orders for 6 people, 3 times in a row, 2 times back to back, needless to say, I'm temporarily down quite a bit of money. And your employees have nothing to say for it? Unacceptable.

The smoothies are fine but the service from the young person working there today was absolutely terrible. She (I think) didn’t greet me other than “what’s your order”, she glared at me while taking my order, threw the smoothies into the carrier and slapped the straws into my hand. She only had a problem with me (the only Caucasian customer at the time). The other customers were people of color and they were treated amazingly. Is this the kind of behavior smoothie king promotes??

I get smoothie king at least once a week and this had to be one of the worst experiences. It took over 20 minutes to get the order for a single smoothie, however it wasn't the wait. Because only one person was working, the issue was the smoothie had all sorts of ice chunks in it and was not blended at all. They ranged from a small chips to eraser tips. Couldn't even drink through a straw. Had to use a spoon because it was the consistency of ice cream. What a joke. I watched as he struggled to even get it in the cup as he spilled a quarter of it all over the counter. The cups sides were all sticky from it spilling on the sides. Sad thing is I paid 8 bucks and threw it out.

My coworker and I both ordered a smoothie and had it doordashed to us at work. I had the vegan banana dark chocolate smoothie and it was delicious, though, a bit expensive. My coworker also enjoyed her smoothie.

I rarely feel the need to leave reviews but this smoothie king is by far the best one in the area! Iman, Hassan, and Danielle along with the entire team go out of their way to make you feel special and recognized. I drive up 495 to Columbia to work 6 days a week and the team always knows my name and order when I’m in! To make it better they share with you all of the great deals going on and they have amazing Friday deals! A smoothie may be a small part of the day, but this shop makes you feel number one every time!

Recently been having issues ordering through their app in the mornings due to their system being down/bad/ignored, as well as the shop not opening at the posted hours. Previously went in 20-30 min after ordering to find out they opened late and were just starting my smoothie. If they can't open and operate at the posted hours they need to update their hours of operation. The product is good, the experience sucks.

I went there on 9/20/2021 around 6:20 pmThe young guy there was kool but he made my smoothie to thick i barely could drink it from my straw. Other places made it much better

Placed online order. Received call that they didn't have the drinks available. Told them, no problem, cancel the order. We can't cancel it unless you come in the store. WHAT??? Let me speak to the manager. He's not working today ... STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Would not recommend anyone going here ever! Order online for smoothie to be ready at a certain time and it was not ready on top of that I was given the wrong smoothie and had an allergic reaction to it! I figured the smoothie was wrong because the one I was given was what was left from the pressure customer and when the boy went to rinse the container he was stopped by a coworker where they where whispering and looking at me then he proceeded to pour the remaining smoothie in a cup and handed it to. Not sure what it was supposed to taste like because that was my first time going there but I know I tasted bananas and almonds in which I am allergic to. The boys working on 7/23 around 2:30 were cursing while customers were in the store. Poor customer service and will be in contact with my lawyer due to being giving the wrong smoothie and having a reaction to it.
