I have ordered from Royal for years and years now. Not only is my food always hot, fresh, and correct, but my delivery time is incredibly fast. I have never been treated with anything but kindness and respect by the staff. So to the 1 star reviewers: maybe try tipping the delivery people if you want quicker service. You get what you pay for, especially in this economy.
Reading the reviews I was very scared I’d get sick from eating their food but I’ve tried their pizza a couple times at my job when a coworker has ordered it and whatnot and ….Well I was feeling very hungry and their pizza is light weight and it is pretty good in my opinion but not too good but it does hit different when you’re super hungry. The delivery took over an hour and I thought they’d never arrive. I feel like the customer service could be better and communication.When delivering they should use accurate estimated arrivals and have a system where the customer can check when they are coming. The reason I say this is because if the food says it will come in 10-25 minutes but takes more than that, that can be a safety issue concerning food not staying fresh.

I ordered a crab cake sandwich on white bread, with lettuce tomato mayo ketchup onions and hots.... And I got wheat bread with the flattest thinnest "crab cake" I've ever seen. Fries look ok but they are actually hard. First experience and last! I do no recommend them!!!! Thankfully I used Door dash so I could get some of my money back for this meal I can't even eat.
I asked the person taking my order to break down the price of my order after i heard the final price. She proceeded to say that I've order this before and I should know the price already.... Needless to say, I canceled my order.
The turkey bacon club was absolute trash and when I called I was put on hold for 10 mins only for the guy tell me that the owner refused to make it right and that there was nothing he could do for me. Never ordering from here again.
The service is awful. These are awful people. Except the driver. He is very nice. The only thing that’s good is the Steak and cheese. The pizzas are never fresh. I would get better pizza from the frozen section at giants. They seem to keep changing the recipe. The owner is very rude and disrespectful. Don’t waste your money here. Stay away from this nasty place.
Make the food better. It was over cooked and dry. My order said it would be ready at a certain time and I waited for 15 minutes and still not ready! I was over charged 2$
Great pizza and wings. They load the toppings and the wings are always juicy.
Literally the best pizza I’ve had in a while. The cheese pizza was FANTASTIC! Perfect amount of cheese, with a perfect amount of sauce. I highly suggest coming here!
