I went today and i guess Ben was the manager while waiting for my order i watched as people got there order before even tho i only had a strawberry mango ice but i have knocked on the window and one of the team members said we’re working on It and just closed the door so i watched more people get there order and then knocked again to let them know i wanted a refund because this had already been 15 mins and the situation ended with a whole conflict

I bought a mango and vanillacustard shake it tasted just like a push up pop if you had those from the good humor man when we were kids. It was delicious and great customer service!!! Way to go Rita's!!! I'll be posting a good Google maps review if prompted
you should definitely go here. I recommend it. If you go there, get A large Blue raspberry, mango, and Swedish fish. Trust that is the best combo

Visited the location and received extremely poor customer service. I was ignored by the employee that was working after knocking on the window for 5 minutes. Mind you, me and this employee had eye contact and I was still ignored. Once this employee opened the window he stated that he was cleaning and could not open the window because they closed in 10 minutes. I then proceeded to ask for the manager’s information and was ignored until another employee provided the information. After speaking with the owner he seemed like he was in a rush to get off the phone and constantly talked over me. I highly doubt this issue will be addressed. Poor service all around. I highly recommend going to the location 10 min away in King’s Contrivance to receive better service.
