Great strawberry lemonade along with good pizza and burgers!
Just skip it and go to one of the 5 other burger joints in the area. Went for Father's day dinner and the whole experience was a disappointment. We started off with a 20 minute wait even though the dining room was less than half capacity, I imagine due to staffing issues. We were then informed that they were out of several menu items including milkshakes and pizza. Once seated our drink orders were taken and delivered quickly. Once the server returned to take our food orders we were informed that one of the items we selected from the menu (me, dad, fathers day) had been discontinued which was disappointing. After we put in our food order it took 35 minutes for the entrees to come out of the kitchen. During this time we took the opportunity to use the bathrooms which were unkept and not at all clean. The food was barely warm and mediocre at best and no apologies or concessions were made for the very long delay. All in all it was a pretty poor restaurant experience and we wont be returning back any time soon. PS, a bot will reply to this review with a canned response.
Fresh food, courteous and professional staff. We came here on a Sunday night. It was not overly busy, so the wife and I asked for a booth. We were seated right away and our waiter was Mo. he was courteous and promptly took our order. We both ordered a “Monster Burger” with bottomless fries. We left very happy and satisfied! Mo was holding it down and taking care of MANY tables and he made it work!
We went on a Thursday night around 6 it was busy. It was my family of 4 (two adults and two kids). Our server Moon is great very attentive. Food was hot when it came out, we didn't have to wait for long. Definitely would go back again
Quick and friendly service. Clean environment. Unfortunately my cousin didn't get the expected red Robin birthday treatment, they just dropped the ice cream and left...yikes! 4 stars.There's a few bottomless sides which is cool. There's contactless pay at the table. There's also a unique 5 course kids meal menu and entertainment on the table if you had to wait. You could have watched a show or played a game on a device while you waited (same device you use to pay).The food was fine, typical. A note for tourists, remember that meat here is unseasonably so while the burgers look delicious, they lack any taste at all so salt and pepper it before you eat. Other than that, you're good to go! I had an alcoholic pineapple upside down milkshake and it was delicious! They added rum and pineapple to a Vanille milkshake, it was really good! Sweet potato fries were also top tier!

(Outstanding staff, super clean, great food, fun atmosphere and amazing service) We wanted to take a moment to share our experience with everyone and let them know how happy we are to visit this location. Our service is always phenomenal each and every time we visit and we have been there many times for many years as we live close by. This time we were hosted by Jessie (please forgive is spelling of name is off in any way). Service was simply outstanding, fun and extremely helpful as we enjoyed our meal. The runners and hosts from greeting to seating MUST be recognized as well because the teamwork here is flawless based on our experience. FOOD was excellent and very tasty. It’s one of those instances that you hope it would look and taste the same way you see it in the picture. That’s where my compliments are for the kitchen. ?? It was a very well-rounded positive experience and Jessie made it even more special because she had a super cordial disposition that just made you feel like you were very welcome. With that said; I/we finally need to sincerely thank GUY who is behind the scenes as the manager who clearly has a talent for keeping the positive vibe strong within the awesome team. That means when you have a team synchronized, happy and super productive with a smile like this; you’ve made it a great place to work and enjoy a meal. Right on Columbia Red Robin for ALWAYS making it special and a great place to count on a wonderful dining experience. Kudos to Jessie and the whole crew. Good burgers, but overpriced even before the pandemic. I like the Southwest Salad, ordered that, but the kitchen forgot to add avocado. Minor mistake, no big deal, I asked for and received it as a side. Dining room is very noisy when they're busy - sound dampeners would help. If noise amplification is a table turnover tactic, they should rethink it when business is slow for extended periods. Servers and manager are very attentive.
The food was great! Got their new Scorpion burger with grilled chicken and unlimited broccoli. They also offer bottomless Berry Berry Raspberry Limonade. The staff was awesome and the food came out in less than 10 mins. They were very attentive and keep our glasses full and refills on broccoli and fries. You can pay on this machine at the table. Very good service and food.Sorry. No pics this time. We were starving and just forgot! ? The food looks like the pics on the menu. ?
Friendly and efficient staff and great food!
This place is very dirty. When walking your shoes stick to the ground. Also, the hostess did not listen to me when I indicated I was going eat pizza. She knew I said that, because then asked do you still need a menu. She sat us down only to have the waitress let us know they are all out. I felt she wasted the waitress and my time by doing this. Would be great if your staff is aware of your business shortage and they clean your floors properly.
