Best Red Lobster accros Maryland, in customer service, in food detail and accuracy.I have gone to the one une Anne Arundel and Annapolis but this is by far the best.Beautiful Grilled Salmon ? with mashed potatoes.
It’s a decent four star place. Chain so you know what to expect. I did find hair in my food. We got food 45 min after we ordered at the end of the day. Atlantic Salmon was not good, ultimate plate was awesome.
Service and food wad wonderful. I ordered Admiral platter and the food was delicious. The portion was huge and with the fried scallops, clams, butterflied jumbo shrimp and 2 LG.pieces of fish I couldn't eat it all. It was a huge plate of delicious food. Ate more than 2 days at home to finish it all. ? GREAT

There was no wait to be seated.hosted gave a good greeting. Tyler was excellent. He was waiting multiple tables. Running back and forth to help everyone. He brought everything out in a timely manner. The food was cooked perfectly for everyone. He was apologetic for delays and misunderstanding.
We enjoyed birthday party here. Always love enjoy seafood at my wife's birthday at red lobster. Great lobster dish and snow crab legs.As birthday gift, feee dessert. So good.
Always liked their biscuits and shrimp scampi with baked potatoes. The potato was always a nice size. This was my first time ordering a baked potato and broccoli as carryout. I usually eat in and order same thing each time. This time when picked up food the baked potato was so small I was shocked and the broccoli was tough. Staff was nice and pleasant. Not sure if I will do carryout again.
The customer service was great nice hostess, was empty we were sat right away… waiter was nice, he explained everything nice and very attentive but the food was bland ? no seasoning like at all….
We love Red Lobster and today we found ourself in Columbia and decided to eat here for Lunch. This was our first experience at this location. Our server was a very nice young man Jaelin. Forgive me if I spelled it wrong. He was attentive and friendly and our order was prepared just how we asked. The restaurant was clean and the other staff we encountered were friendly. I would like to add that we tried to redeem the kids eat free with purchase of an entree all week promo until January 9th 2022. They honored the discount and we also learned on Tuesdays kids free. Thanks Red Lobster for another great dining experience.
Very rushed by server. We would have ordered another appetizer butfelt like it would be served with the meal. Fried food items were very grease. Server rushed the meal along taking plates away to fast and didn't even entertain offering dessert. just slapped the check down. (Place wasn't even busy).*** NOTE: Server never wore her mask over nose or mouth)Won't be coming back to this location.
