Soooo disappointed!!! We ordered $70 worth of sandwiches and other items for delivery, we specifically asked not to come before 1:45pm, and to call upon arrival, they didn’t call and arrived at 1:30pm.The food was all stuffed into one big bag, most of the sandwiches had leaked and had oil all over the bags.Horrible service!

I used to work at Potbelly so I’m hesitant to critique because I know what it’s like working with food and it’s not easy…However, THIS IS THE SLOPPIEST Potbelly that I have ever been to! I have only been here a couple of times, and they have gotten my order wrong multiple times. The last two times they got it wrong, my husband and I ordered through the mobile app. So the order was literally written down for them to follow. The first time we let it go. The second time, I drove to Potbelly and politely asked that they remake the proper sandwich that I paid for. I did not even get an apology for the wrong order, and the line was so disorganized and miss managed that I overheard other customers complaining. I would not recommend going to this location unless you were desperate!

Good little sandwich shop on Dobbin lane, they didn't try to reinvent the wheel when it comes to the menu but it certainly doesn't disappoint when you want a tasty hot sandwich. They also make great salads when you're in the mood for something lighter.

This will be my last time at Potbelly's. Initially when they became popular the sandwiches were delicious. However, I have to agree with a previous reviewers comment, the bread was stale and tasteless and the sandwich meat was minimal. I had mayo, pickles and oil/vinegar as toppings and my sandwich tasted dry...how is that even possible?! Headed to Jersey Mikes

There were no other customers in the store when I entered. I ordered 4 sandwiches. One of the three employees made and topped all 4 sandwiches. While they were being made 5 more customers came in. I went down with my sandwiches to the register and waited a full ten minutes for them to make everyone else's sandwiches before someone came to ring me up. I also ordered a shake. It took another 10 minutes for the employees to make the shake while they rang up every other customer. There were no apologies or acknowledgement of the extra 20 minutes wait. I have been to many smoothly running Potbellys. This was not one.

Grabbed 3 sandwiches to have a cold day picnic at a nearby park. Got turkey, Italian and beef w blue cheese. Good and adequate meat. Very fresh bread. Chip selection was good.

This is one of the worst and most strange restaurant experiences I've had in awhile; and I seriously question if there was any training given to the two employees I interacted with. This review is in reference to the 2 employees that were serving me and the other person in my party; and their complete lack of customer service. No issues with the food at all - food was good. The service made this place most unwelcoming; and clearing they did not want us in there.Went to potbellies on 1/3/21 around 530 pm. We were the only two patrons inside and it was clear that the two employees were working hard on take-away orders - no issues there. We waited for awhile to place our order when the 1st employee eventually stared at me but didn't say anything. He had headphones in so I wasn't sure if he could hear me but assumed his staring meant it was my time to speak so I placed an order. He made no verbal response and started making it. Without any words or even non-verbal cues, he went back to making other take-away sandwiches. After he made several more takeaway orders - he then again stared at me - this time considerably longer. I stared back at him not knowing what he wanted since I had already ordered and the other person in my party had not. For some reason he chose to ignore her.He looked annoyed with me for not responding to his staring, and then finally asked "Is that it?". That was the entirety of his customer service.Onto the 'toppings' area where the other employee also had headphones in - so again cannot tell if she can hear us. After giving her the toppings, she barked the word "Louder" and motioned to talk between the protective 'Covid Glass'. Her lack customer-service was in-line with her coworker. Maybe if she didn't have headphones in; she could have heard us.There clearly needs to be additional training for both of the 2 employees in regards to dealing with customers because the non-verbal staring and then complete ignoring made this place feel very unwelcoming. Again - we were the only 2 patrons inside at the time and the shop was open for 3+ more hours so excuses of 'overwhelmed by customers' and 'ready to clock-out' don't seem like reasonable.I won't be going to this Potbellies anytime soon due to their behavior - but it is not reflective of other Potbellies where I have had much more 'normal' experiences.

Overall decent sandwiches with good variety. I had one of there sandwiches recently and I feel quality has gone down unfortunately.

First time getting food from Potbelly. We ordered delivery a few hours in advance, got a call a few minutes past when the food was supposed to be here explaining the driver didn’t show up so they couldn’t deliver it. They asked us to come pick it up and gave us the food for free and threw in a couple of cookies. Awesome. Except we got home and there was like no meat on the sandwich and the bread tasted kinda stale. There was maybe 1 slice of each type that’s supposed to be on there. Compared to Jimmy Johns and Jersey Mike’s it seems like a huge ripoff. Thankfully it was free. A+ for the customer service, but the food sucks so I won’t be back.
