Order almost $70 worth of food they use door dash it was the wrong order delivered and here it is going to be 9:30pm before I get my new order and have kids and family to feed. Absolutely ridiculous that I placed an order at 7:30 and not getting my food until 9:30. Will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again definitely will just either do carry out for the one on Route 108 or just go with another Pizza place.
Got here at 11:50am the door says open daily @ 10:30am? I open the door...Linda states we arent open yet...not until 12...I am not blaming Linda...however wth? Why? Why? Why? Are the hours wrong on the ENTRANCE DOOR? See the picture attached.
The pizza that I got yesterday was exactly how I ordered it. It exceeded my expectations. If it were to come made like that every time you would definitely be my go to.
Ordered for pickup. It took about 40 minutes for 3 large pizzas that were over cooked to be ready. Crust was burned. Wings were not well done
They delivered the wrong pizza twice on the same day. They could have done better after sending the wrong order once. Will not order again from this location.
The manager went above and beyond to help me with my issue. After realizing I ordered my pizza the way it came she had my pizza re-made even though I made a mistake or either the website did something weird and messed my order up. She told me anytime I order online I can always call the store to make sure my order is in the way I want it. I greatly appreciate her for going above and beyond to make me happy. Definitely using this location moving forward just because of her being so nice and understanding. Also the chef there did a great job making my pizza and gave me extra cheese just like I wanted it. Thank you so much guys!
Our large order was delivered 10 minutes earlier than requested and all 5 pizzas were as hot as if they came right out of the oven and were delicious. Very impressed
Manager seems to be the one that always takes my food out for curbside. She is always friendly and the food is always ready in a reasonable amount of time.
Pizza was dry cold and burnt, Luarel store has many issue is not clean inside and orders are never correct. I will no longer purchase from Pizza Hut.
It has to be made clear what kind of bills your drivers can accept. Not accepting anything larger than a 20 dollar bill is honestly ridiculous. However, not having that posted anywhere on the order site is unacceptable
