I thought I'd give this place a try even after reading the reviews, thinking maybe my experience will be different. Bad decision. I ordered and paid online for a curbside pickup even requesting it in 30 min rather than the 15 they said it would take as I had an errand to run beforehand. I arrived at the curbside pick up spot 2 min before the 3pm order. I texted as instructed and waited until 3:05 before going inside. My order was on the counter ready and waiting. A man asked me if I was there for pickup, I said I have been outside for 7 min waiting for curbside. He had no response. I just took my meal and left. The restaurant was empty and there were several pick up orders also waiting. My receipt clearly said curbside delivery and the 3pm time.The dish I ordered was just OK, a bit spicy but I can live with that although it wasn't mentioned in the description, mostly rice and very little shrimp. Lots of carrot slices and a few snow peas, but they were stringy...with the stems still on. The sauce was more tangy than sweet and wasn't enough for all the rice they served.There are so many restaurants literally within a mile or two many of them Asian. I doubt I will ever return. I ordered curbside so I wouldn't have to go in, but ended up having to anyway. No "I'm Sorry" or anything from the man that saw.
I ordered curbside delivery, got there early and texted per instructions, and waited. 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time I finally went inside - and the food was ready and cold. I asked why it hadn't been brought out and the young woman looked at me like I was crazy, and said "we don't want to do that anymore - and of course we're not going to do it when it's raining" (it was lightly drizzling.) I pointed out that it would be good to indicate that on website or pickup sites as the order was placed for curbside delivery, and she just shrugged and turned back to what she was doing. Worst customer service I've had in a VERY long time!
Great customer service!! I had an unpleasant takeout experience, and the manager Christian called me right after to make it right. Every take out order after that was perfect and they even threw in an extra entree for free that said “just because” on the top! So nice. Great place, great food, and awesome customer service
I typically don’t give bad reviews but how do you mess up brown rice and orange chicken with broccoli? I almost lost a tooth in the rice and the broccoli was brown. I really used to like this place but I don’t know what to think now. I would have never given someone old or bad rice and the broccoli shouldn’t have been on anyone’s plate!I gave them 2 stars because the chicken was good, but that was it.
Take out only. The restaurant is having some kitchen issues and the temperature in the restaurant is cold ( like same temp as outside) , temp in the 30’s so it’s much to cold to sit in and eat. The food is usually good but as a quick service lunch spot it’s not doing so well because you can’t get away from work and relax. The staff is lovely. Will try again after they get the temp issues together
I went in today and the service team acted like me placing an order was annoying to them. I also saw the cook not wearing his mask while talking and “hanging out” with other employees. This is unacceptable.
I really use to love this restaurant…. But now… I cannot say I feel the same way anymore. I didn’t want to leave a bad review but after ordering 3 different times from there and ordering the same dishes I use to love , its clear that the food is not prepared the same anymore(it’s worse), and unfortunately it’s very obvious. I hope it gets better.
The food is good but thats when you get your actual order! So many times ive gotten the wrong order or waited forever to pickup my food. I even called for a refund and got hung up on!! customer service is terrible dont go here!
Do not order from here. Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. The food is artificial. Food is not edible. Food was burnt. The food looked like wet cat food. I have Photos but I am unable to post them.
Disappointed in the meal. The fire chicken is super dry, no sauce on it and definitely not spicy. The chicken is 50% chicken and 50% batter, over cooked and tough to chew. The general tso chicken was worse. The sauce had a slimy texture maybe it wasn't fresh but I don't recommend it. Won't be visiting again
