We tried to switch to Papa John's from Domino's after one too many problems. The main issue being false information on arrival times, lies from staff about when items had left, and a complete lack of apology from management.Unfortunately, it turns out we didn't even get one order into this Papa John's without the ~exact same issue~. Driver took well over an hour to arrive (we're still waiting) and the person on the phone said, "Nothing we can do." I filed a complaint with corporate for a full refund and we've washed our hands of this place.Is there nowhere in Columbia with reasonably priced pizza, reliable delivery service, and competent staff?
This papa John's pizza ,location is the worest,bad customer service,the pizza is badly made,the pizza is like mud,. Plain taste,the pizza doughs made badly.
Amazing customer service. Muhlawn was super helpful and respectful. Very kind and sweet. Talked for a couple mins while i waited and can say i will be back again! Which her all the best!
I literally watched the Delivery driver walk off with my food after knocking 3 times. Pretty sure that’s theft… PapaJohn Snowden MD just lost a customer. See ya ✌?
How do you screw up a pizza?. Got the works and they?...Buried all the toppings under the cheese absolutely disgusting. Pizza 101 sauce, cheese, then toppings ffs.. never expected 5 star Pizza from papa John's even though they charge you an arm and a leg. That said never ordering from this papa John's ever again a bunch of soggy toppings buried under cheese. I'm blown away at how bad it is. Terrible would give a 0 if I could
Placed a $40 order in the start of the snow on 1/16 after waiting an hour I called the store to check on the status of the delivery. I was told that the driver would be there soon. I called again after another 20 minutes and was told that my order was marked as delivered by a door dash driver ( apparently this store does not have their own delivery drivers) the store has no way of tracking the order once door dash marks it has delivered. So apparently some driver stole my order for themselves. Now I’m out $40 and have to figure out how to feed my kids after it has now been snowing for 3 hours. I am extremely upset and dissatisfied with how this was handled by papa Johns. When I asked if I can get a replacement order delivered today the rep on the phone told me that they are about to change to carry out only ? and I have to wait 2-3 business days for my money to return for an order I never received and also find a way to feed my kids.
I ordered a small cheese pizza and the guy over charged me almost double $14 where on the menu it says 7.99 for small cheese. I had to ask to correct the amount. Employees seem careless and annoyed. Pizza was terrible tasteless, I could only taste extra sweet tomato sauce. I will never eat Papa John’s pizza again.
Placed an order, they ask for a phone number and name. Then they don't complete the order because they thought it was a prank! Had to call in 2 hours later to reorder. Some folks weren't able to have lunch because of this. I don't usually order pizza and I will think twice before I call this place again. SMH would have been nice to have a follow up call. I even gave my mobile phone. No contact was made. Terrible experience.
I used to like to order from here, but I won’t be ordering from here anymore. Pathetic pizza that was delivered cold by Doordash. Whatever happened to Papa John’s own delivery?
I would give zero if I could. Tonight was awful. I called in and ordered my food and was told 10-15min. I showed up 20 min later and asked if my stuff was ready. A man, who I was later told was Kevin, said no. 10 min later I asked again. Kevin said " see this box? It's yours. We haven't made it yet". There were 3 people at the prep station. Not working. 1 guy moving around quickly. And kevin.I was floored. 30 min after the order and not even started. A man, later told me his name was William, finally came out of the back with a female delivery driver. He has a cast. William started looking around at boxes. When I asked Kevin about my order again he stared at me and said "Why are you even talking to me!" I replied "because you're behind the counter"William told me to stop talking to his driver. Then said he had 2 other orders in the red and would get to mine in a few minutes. This was 40 min after I ordered my food.I told then to cancel it and called the short former ruler of Rome. They said 10 minutes. I got there and my pizza was ready. No one yelled at me. No one ignored me. No one sat around not working. I'll go back there to the former ruler of Rome anytime. I'll never return to Papa Johns Snowden River Pkwy.
