Ordered online, took an hour for some reason when they are less than a mile away. The pizza and wings were clearly sitting since they weren’t hot and the wings DEFINITELY sat a whileSince the sauce that wasn’t even close to buffalo was congealed over tiny tiny wings that like I said just SAT THERE. Maybe pick up is different but please don’t order for delivery they are trash and I wish I never wasted my money. Since clearly everyone else in these reviews agree someone should really shut this place down
I am at papa John's right Harper's choice. I ordered large cheese large veggie pizza and garlic parmesan bread sticks. While completing the order for bread sticks one of the person working here was not wearing gloves. When asked he said that he was just trying to move the sauce around to close the box. I had to get the order replaced. They were using foul language in front of the customers waiting for pick up. Not sure what kind of work environment is this.
I will never EVER order from this place again. They just give you whatever they feel like and charge you for it. When you call to get the order you actually placed, they hang up on you. Every. Single. Time.
They deserve 0 stars please check your pizza because they are sure to get it wrong every time
Ordered two pizzas, gluten free, no cheese and a large meat lovers with some additional toppings - order wrong!Recieved a gluten free LOADED with cheese and the large pizza was not cooked all the way through and doughy. Called three times to try and get someone; 1st time they picked up and hung up, 2nd time they picked up and left it off the hook (heard them banging and laughing), 3rd time answered and silence.
The customer service from this store is never very good, but today, I was told I didn’t pace an order. I tried to posted the pic of my order, but this system wouldn’t let me. Papa Track said my order was delivered. The manager couldn’t find my order and seemed to blame me for something going wrong on their end. He also didn’t sound like he cared at all either. He did not offer any kind of restitution like getting my order to me immediately. It’ll be hard giving up the food I really like, I’m never ordering from this store again! And I don’t recommend that you do either!
Worst place ever wait 45 minutes Got my order cancelled and I reordered waited another 45 min the guy told me there’s another 15 to 20 minutes wait i told him to cancel the order. I didn’t even finish talking and he hung up the phone on me.
I loved it. I had a papadia(minus most of the bread, lol trying to watch my weight) it was delicious (that's probably why I work for them!!!) Enjoy
Worst pizza, I have ever eaten! How do you mess up a cheese pizza???
If I could give this review 0 stars I would. I ordered.aa simple large half pepperoni and sausage and half cheese pizza and they got it wrong not once but twice. Never apologized and the person working name was Nathan. I don’t understand how you mess up an order twice and don’t apologize. Teach your employees to read. Because obviously they don’t know how to do that. The second pizza was made even worse than the first one! Not even any pepperoni on it. The order wasn’t even hard to get!
