I will not be coming back to this location. They have messed up my order five times in the past two months. I appreciate that the manager refunded me for two of these times, but my concern is that nothing seems to be changing. I have been a loyal customer for a long time, so I'm very disappointed. Everyone here is usually nice and polite, but today, when I spoke with someone on the phone, they seemed sardonic when I complained that one part of my order was wrong, like “that's all that was wrong”? I paid for my food, and it should be correct in the first place. I hope that my feedback will encourage these issues to be addressed.
I order the Fuji chicken salad at least once a week however, the one I got today from Dobbin Rd the chicken was extra cold, flavorless and the color off. As you can see I could not eat the chicken.
This Panera provided me the best service EVER. I had a pickup order this morning for a lunch later in the day and they had my order ready 20-25 minutes early. They were so understanding and kind - I highly recommend this location.
I go to Panera all the time. Probably no-weekly. First time I ordered from this Panera Bread. And what a sorry excuse for a steak and white cheddar. Two pieces of meat? For $7? Lmao and they forgot the horse radish. Definitely not ordering from this location again.
Panera brads become more salty loaded with hi calories, thus less healthy. Price went up. We used to have breakfast bagels and coffee by $3-$4. These large chains destroyed that. They started with low price (just like Starbucks) destroyed small business then hiked the price. Now they also introduced tip system at self service chains so that they can pay employees less (just maintaining or below) minimum wage.Last time I was there it took 30 minutes to get a dozen of bagels and the slicing machine was broken so it wasn't sliced!!
They have improved their efficiency and appear more organized. Wait time has improved for breakfast hours. Cashiers are extremely friendly.
I placed my order online and the food was ready at promised time. The food quality and service was above average. The French onion soup was great!
Super unhappy with this Panera. I always buy $200 in gift cards for Christmas gifts. This year I called Dobbin Panera and asked if I could buy gift cards WITH a Panera eGift Card. The girl who answered the phone told me I could. She even put me on hold and checked with another associate. She told me as long as I had a card number and a PIN number that it would work. (I had done that in previous years, but I wanted to verify in case things had changed this year.) So, based on that advice, I got my Panera eGift Cards and went there to redeem. At the register, they told me that they couldn't do this. She checked with a manager who said the same. I'm SOOO disappointed!! I now have to give $200 in 8 different papers (eGift Cards) to my 75 year old mother-- rather than a gift card. BOO!!! Bad customer relations, Panera. We used to like Panera! I will NOT be giving you my business any longer. WAY too many other choices of restaurants out there!!
The folks here are always polite and quick to serve. The facilities are comfortable with a fireplace to drink coffee by. Plus, the bread bowls are absolutely incredible on a cold day.
This Panera is one of the best in the area. Great service, food and wonderful staff, especially Steve (in charge of cleaning up the tables). He makes sure everything is neat and looks out for everyone here with a great and friendly attitude, something not very common these days. Shout-out to the manager too, I don't know her name but it's easy to tell she's a hardworking gal who doesn't stop. I have seen her dealing with tough clients and she's very patient and savvy. I would have lost it!I hope they see this message, they need to know they're doing an amazing job.?
