Our server was wonderful and the food was very good.
The entire experience, the food was impeccable, the hostess and the Waitress (Mel was outstanding, as always)...can't wait to visit again.
Open Table reservation was not ready on arrival - we had to wait while they found the reservation on prepared the table. Restaurant was obviously short-staffed this evening. 15 minutes before waitress showed up, another 15 for drinks to be delivered. Ordered an appetizer and it arrived promptly. However our entrees (ordered at the same time as the apetizer did not arrive for 45 minutes AFTER the apetizer was finished. Waitress kept coming by saying just a couple of minutes, but by the time it arrived, we weren't very hungry anymore. Waitress, who was working far too many tables (at least 10) offered a cold appetizer to comp us for the wait time, but we were too far gone to want anything else to eat. Food was typically good, but the service (by this I mean the kitchen, not the waitress) fell down on the job.
Hostess wasn’t welcoming or personable. Their was a piece of tissue in the floor by my table and the staff walked by it multiple times but no one picked it up nor brought out a broom to seep it.
The food was great but service was slow. There was also a mix up with one of our entrees and it came out much later than everyone else and we had to hunt down a manger to help us get the food. There was no offer to comp any part of the meal.
We really love this place. My daughter has celiac disease and it’s very hard to find a place that is safe enough or honest enough for her to eat. The management and staff are amazing, they care about their customers and service. They personally make sure my daughters food comes out safe to eat. We drive here from Anne Arundel county because of the level of care and quality. The food is delicious! Very nice menu selection. I love that the Parking garage is right next to the restaurant. The Manager Julia and her co-workers keep us coming back!
Let me start this by saying my husband and I have been going to P.F. Chang’s for about 20 years there. During COVID we ate there at least once every two weeks. We have had mostly great service and delicious food. But our take-out tonight was atrocious. The only thing actually edible was the wonton soup. The pork dumplings were too cold to enjoy. And our main course, the Peking Duck which we have had and loved many times before, was awful. The “pancakes” were burnt to a crisp, the meat except for the drumstick was grey from overcooking and there was no Hoisin sauce at all. Plenty of soy sauce, but that isn’t the correct sauce for Peking Duck. Had we been eating in we would have sent the whole dish back.
Food was very good - the lunch bowls on the menu are a good value
Great food, great atmosphere. Will definitely be returning.
First time dinning at the Restaurant in years. When I entered I immediately noticed the interior layout/design was completely different. It was extremely bright and bland. The cultural ambiance has been removed from the restaurant:(. Our server Daniel was very courteous, engaging and attentive to our needs and wants. The food wasnât that great, but the drinks were good. Over all he made for our experience better. Will visit again soon- drinks only though. Maybe sushi. It was delicious!
