Everyone there was friendly very nice , The restaurant there it was clean and quiet, and there was a lot of space between the tables. Many of the best meals are kid-friendly and allow you to substitute different things with them as you choose. Which the kids loved. The food we ordered was delivered quickly and of good quality. We are very satisfied and look forward to coming again.
Its like ordering food from a dystopia future where the machines won the war against humanity. Call in to place the order and a robot voice answers. The automated voice order system only understands every other word you say. Want to speak with a human? Too bad. Should have ordered your plate of butter and carbohydrates before the machines squashed the humans. The human workers furiously try to clear the orders off the screen of their electronic overlords. Feel thankful the technological hivemind leading society has provided 7, repeat 7, flavors of Fanta for your mortal enjoyment. Your noodles are 13 minutes late, hopefully the human workers will only be lightly punished. You leave with a dull sense of sadness that there is nothing you can do to prevent this future because you're too full of buttered noodles and peach Fanta.
Had shrimp scampi and chicken alfredo. Although they both tasted pretty good, it took them 35min to be ready. The place wasn't that busy so I don't know why it took so long.
I came to this restaurant twice now and there have been the same issues of their system being down and therefore, they were only accepting cash. Did they put a sign up to say that cash only is accepted before making me wait in line? No. And when I brought up the idea of them doing that, I was shut down with “we’re closing soon, so...” I came in at 8:55 pm and they close at 10:00 pm. I’m never going back to this place. Horrible customer service, and the training there is terrible. I’m honestly over this place.
Their food is great! The problem is if you use any delivery app they always forget something or substitute it with something else and not telling you. I hope to hear from someone as I was missing 2 things from my order today and now they are closed
I had an issue with a previous order a few weeks ago. I went in the other night and told them what had happened while placing a new order. Even though it was a few weeks ago, they rectified the situation. I appreciated their great customer service, knowing that the food service industry is taking a lot of anger and frustration from the public right now. My thanks to the cashier and manager who helped me out.
Horrible service! Ordered takeout and it wasn’t ready on time which wasn’t a big deal however the young lady who is working the front is seeing take out orders being completed and instead of informing people their order is ready she just stands there. You literally have to go behind the counter to see if it’s your order or not.
I haven't been to this Noodles and Company location for several years. I'm not sure if the pandemic made a difference but the quality has gone down. The temperature of my Pan Noodles was not even. It had cold spots. And the tofu was dry and tasteless. My husband's Mac and Cheese was good though.
I’m writing this review as I sit in the car and nurse a very angry newborn back to sleep. I went online and searched for curbside pickup near me when I was about to head home from a very busy day. I placed my order online and called when I arrived. Upon arrival I told them I had an order for curbside and the employee told me I didn’t have a curbside order it was a regular pickup order. She rudely said that curbside orders are placed online and they ask for my car info. I placed the order online and wasn’t asked my car info. I didn’t understand the big deal. I didn’t enter my car info but you DO offer curbside pickup so please just bring me my food. She told me I could come in and get my order. I explained to her that I have a newborn in the back and I didn’t want to get out of the car. The purpose of coming to noodles was to take advantage of their curbside services. She then proceeds to tell me they’re short staff but someone would be out. I literally parked RIGHT in front of the restaurant. I watched one of the staff come out and stare at my car TWICE. I saw them chit chatting in the back so I just knew my food was on the way out. To cut the story short I had to take my child out of the car and go get my food. There was 1 person in the restaurant waiting so they weren’t that swamped. I typically don’t write reviews but as I sit here I’m very angry with the lack of customer service I’ve received (and of course my, now, crying baby). Chick fil a would NEVER.
Orders are frequently later than expected, and I've made it a habit to check the contents every time because I've lost count how many times my order has been missing something. Yesterday I had a side salad and the entire thing was full of rotten greens and smelled like vomit. I'm never ordering from this location ever again, or from noodles and company franchise.
