This location is a hit or a miss. Mostly misses though.. I’ve had several experiences sitting in the drive through at night for up to an hour waiting for food. It’s actually insane. What’s more insane is that I’m willing to wait that long for a Big Mac hahaha. Writing this review at 12:00am sitting in the drive through.. it’s been 45 minutes already RIPThey are clearly understaffed and losing out on a lot of business. Have seen so many cars leave the drive through line (angrily I might add).
They say pull up cause your order isn’t ready then they don’t come out and you’re sitting there with your baby in the car seat sleeping so you can’t move to go in and get it a little quicker, so you go back around not trying to hold up the line and guess what the order is still not ready and another 10 mins later you get your drink now you’re about to eat your mcchicken why is there cheese in there. I just can’t!
Recently received a new debit card in the mail and one of the first times I used it was at this McDonald’s drive thru. The next day I was contacted by my bank and was told there were 4 fraudulent transactions for Walmart and various other stores for about $500 worth of items. I have no doubt in my mind someone working here took my card number for theses transactions. Do not order here.
Multiple times now I've driven into the drive through around 10:30pm (still clearly open, and online says they are open) and sat there without response for 10+ minutes before just leaving. They don't even say hi, or ask for some time. Each time a pile of cars lined up behind me and the person in the other drive through lane (who also wasn't being helped and looked miserable about it).Don't think I'll ever go back to this establishment for wasting my and many others time, despite it being by far the most convenient fast food stop for me before getting on 100.
Without fail, always lying about the hours. If it's dark, you better go somewhere else. There are people there, for sure. They'll answer the mic after 10 minutes just to tell you the drive-thru is closed, or the store is closed, or that none of the machines can make food(not just the ice cream machine). This locations performance is laughable
Products are good, but drive thru was very slow. I'm not a fan of the 2 split ordering lanes that need to merge back together before the window. People always jockey for position merging back in and it causes confusion at the 1st window.
Be prepared to wait 20 minutes for your fast food. Instead of delivering food to you at the window, they prefer to take multiple trips in and out of the restaurant to hand you the food in the parking lot. And yes they will forget something.
Stopped by this McDonald's last night around 11:30pm it took about 20 mins in the drive through lane, but the food was hot and fresh. Looks like they may need some more help at night since the service is a little slow.
I’ve never had a bad experience at this specific location, it’s my go to McDonald’s since most are terrible. Most of the time I use the drive through, on my bicycle, never an issue. Until tonight. They refused me service claiming because I was on a bike, I had to come in. That hasn’t happened before here, or anywhere else.
Awful. When I went in, there was a handwritten sign that they could only accept cash. I went to the window, where there was a cashier waiting. I started to order, and showed her the app to get my "points". She said, "Just a minute." and walked away. After waiting about 5 minutes, I left. There were a lot of workers in the back, nobody cared that I was standing there, and I have no idea where the cashier went, or what the problem was. I won't stop in there again.
