The manager, a small older lady, was very grumpy and rude. She handed me my food and I thanked her, then I asked for some ketchup and she completely ignored. I assumed she didn't hear me so I patiently waited and when she walked by again I asked for some ketchup and she rolled her eyes and ignored me and walked passed me to talk to another employee. I was very surprised. I asked the nice girl who just came in for her shift if she could grab me some ketchup and happily helped me. I never write reviews, but had to share this because it was very wrong and rude of this manager to do that.
This was an awful experience. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes i asked 2 employees if someone could take my order and both times was told I would have to wait because one was too busy stocking napkins and the other was just too busy. Finally someone took my order. Then they only made half the order! Very unsatisfied the floor was dirty and sticky. Employees are not concerned for the customers.
Today's service was abysmal. Came for breakfast. First issue, cashier failed to enter my BOGO code even though I showed her the code direct on my phone screen. 12 minutes to get a refund.Service was extremely slow with only 4 customers inside. When I finally received my order & got to my table (15 minutes) I discovered they forgot the syrup for my hotcakes. Back to the register again. Fortunately I was dining in or I would have really been miffed!Looks like it was a pretty bad day all around because while I was waiting for my order, 3 drive-thru customers came inside because they had been shorted items. More training (& speaking English) are in order.
Would rate higher. Not sure if it's the pandemic or work shortage but I had bad service order from machine stood in line for 6 mins asked them for service someone came walked off and never took my order I left
Ordered the 2 for 3.50, McDouble and McChicken. I got the McChicken and a hamburger. Drove thru as I was working. Phone number on the ticket was out of order.. ugghh!! Very disappointed is an understatement!
Ice cream machine “down” again and did not have cherry creamer pies either. The other McDonalds we went to before this one wasn’t even open even though the app said it was until 11pm. Ridiculous.
There was strange stuff on my brother's Big Mac. Not able to chewy. No sauce what a disaster. Horrible place never go again.
First I get to the drive-thru I asked for a small coffee with hazelnut flavor the young lady intern said I'm sorry we don't sell nuts no I mean the flavor shot she said oh do you want raisins in your coffee and I was like no do you not have hazelnut flavor shots and she said no they don't and I've never heard of a McDonald's that does not have one well pull to the side to go inside and ask for it get the coffee it's watered down and it's nasty so not only do they not know the products that they have they do not know how to make coffee
This McDonald's on Dobbin Road is horrible! Food is good. But the service is horrendous! I went through the drive through and each time they keep getting my order wrong. Today I ordered for ice caramel coffee and instead got a large thing of milk.. (see picture below). My daughter ordered a sundae ice cream and she got plain vanilla ice cream. I asked what happened to the sundae sauce. Lady said, "Oh sorry, we're out." I said, "Could've told us at the last window." They just shrugged their shoulders. They didn't even ask me to exchange it, offer me my refund, or give me something better. My kids love apple slices and each time they keep getting fries. My daughter asked for ketchup and BBQ sauce and received none. When I inquired, they just looked puzzled. I actually had to ask these "professionals," if they needed to see the receipt that they gave me again. Never ever again!!!! Don't go here!!!!!
It was very clean business was slow so service was prompt. I don't drive so when I was done shopping at Walmart I attempted to bring my shopping card inside the Walmart but they wouldn't let me I have to leave it outside and watch it from inside. Rules are rules but it would be nice if they had somewhere people can put their shopping cart because not everybody drives. But otherwise my food was nice and hot and the people were very friendly.
