Horrible service. Placed a mobile order, guy in drive thru says he’s got it pull forward. Then can’t find the order. Won’t take my order says pull back around through the drivethru if I want to order. This is by far the worst McDonald’s. The few other times I have gone here they tell me to pull around and park even when ordering simple things. I’ll drive a mile to Cradlerock or Fulton.
The worst! They served us flat soda and burnt food. When we went back they acknowledged the sprite was out of syrup and they had a fire earlier but they still served us the food. When we went back the manager said he couldn’t do anything without our receipt. Which we had tossed with the nasty food. What a joke for customer service and literal garbage food and service
Terrible location. Rude manager and staff and horrible quality food. They knowingly served us flat drinks and burnt food and refused to refund us without a receipt which we threw away with the nasty food. They ALWAYS forget the sauce in our happy meals. They need customer service training and to get an oversight visit from corporate because they have serious quality control issues.
It my 40 years of eating at McDonald's establishments, this is by far THE BEST location which I have ever encountered. My recent experience made a lasting impression on me with the employees who were cheerful and very patient. After ordering and using my credit card (Apple Pay) for payment, my order was out in under 30 seconds. I was caught off guard as this has never happened and I was stunned. The best part was the quality of the food. The Egg McMuffin was hot fresh and tasted like it was just made with the hash brown not being greasy at all.I left the restaurant with a smile on my face and can't say enough positive things about Carmen and her team. They definitely deserve a kudos for their hard work and uniqueness at this location. It isn't everyday that someone can encounter a McDonald's like this.
Food usually good and fresh but you ALWAYS get screwed with delivery. If you order thru doordash or another service, be prepared to have missing or incorrect items. Our last order was missing hashbrowns for both big breakfasts AND a meal combo. They gave us sausage instead of steak for one big breakfast. I suspect it's a language barrier like the other reviewer said (as I've noticed this in the drive thru as well). I really want to support people who want to contribute by taking the jobs that are hard to fill. But we've got to do better. Next time I'm going to try ordering everything alacarte. Instead of a mcmuffin meal, I'll order the 3 items separately. Frankly even I find deciphering their receipts to be a pain sometimes. It's probably no easier deciphering what's on the order screen. This is a problem corporate mcdonalds needs to address.
Ima a student near the mcdonalds the service is good and the manager is a nice person sonits nice to get something to eat there after practice
It store was clean and friendly cashier. The food was warm and tasted good. ?
Since all the workers were Latinos, they had a problem correctly filling out the order because the English was not good enough. They did not give me a recent and I over paid because they charge me two meals when the second part was just a milk and a burger for my wife. You have to hire Americans that can speak English!
Deals are great unfortunately the reps don't serve the food fast they are just walking around no one wants to do there job
I just came from the drive they at McDonalds. Their rude staff always put me in a bad mood. When the man handed me my bottled water and food he never uttered a word. Nothing. Not even when I said thank you. This experience is not unusual. Often I encounter employees who are impolite and have the attisruse that they are doing me a favor. Hey McDonalds remember without my business and the business of others like me, you wouldn’t have a restaurant. Please take a page out of Chick fe Lays playbook. They are respectful, appreciative and gracious.
