Rude employees, they messed up my order on six separate instances and when I ask for them to correct it, they say we'll this items costs like $2.50 and act like you don't even know that you have to pay for the food your ordered. Honestly if 0 starts were an option it would be given. My friend's and I try to steer clear of this place and go to either the River Hill or Dobbin Rd location.

The General Manager at this store has a very disgusting attitude when it comes to the public. His customer service is horrible. After being treated the way I recently was by the General Manager at this store I will never patronize it again. He should be fired. He does not handle the pressure of a busy store well and he has also forgotten what customer service is. The general manager refused to give me the corporate number as well as his name to report him to corporate. I was told he didn't have to give me anything. Corporate should be aware of how their General Managers run their stores.

I'd give it a lower than one star if I could, rude employees who blamed me for multiple issues.Who just randomly blames a person when they're picking up an order? I'm sorry, but excuse me - I'm just simply giving you a name and showing you identification to help you. There's no reason to blame me, when all I did was be polite to you.Not to mention, one employee gave me sass over a small accident another customer and I had. They yelled at me to apologize but was already speaking to the other customers and being apologetic for the incident. The crazy part is, it wasn't even my fault yet I was still apologetic about the fact it happened.To think a McDonald's in Columbia would actually be low quality with beyond basic and aggressive employees.Disgusted. I wouldn't ever pick up or order from here again.

This theater is amazing with actors and performers in general from the Wilde Lake High School the equipment was Hi-Tech and taken care of beautiful sound lighting and performances would 100% recommend

I ordered a 10-piece nugget meal, I got a six piece. I ordered honey mustard, I got an assortment of three sauces none of which was honey mustard. The good news is they only charge me for the six piece, but that's not what I ordered. I realized that this is a tough time to be working in fast food, but I'd really like it if McDonald's as a whole could figure out a way for people to get what they order consistently. Pay people more, fix the intercom system, push the app, all of the above. Whatever it takes.

Over priced fast food. I see people complaining about the food all the time. We don't eat there

Tried using my discount code at the drive-thru window and it wasn't working. The drive-thru associate was very kind and used her code to assist me with my purchase, then notified the manager of the issue. Kept the line flowing smoothly. That was very nice! Thank You!

Besides the fact that I told the cashier 3 times we planned on eating in, our order was prepared for take out.

No good parking and the drive through is the same as the departure so it was to tight and Chaotic. It didn’t help that there was a maintenance problem that forced me to merge with the drive thur so it took over 20 minutes to be able to leave. My food was cold by the time I got home, probably before I even left. They should have had a sign letting you know to go the other way especially when the delivery truck was block the only parking area and you had to move causally around to get to the exit!
