I had a problem with a coupon not working in their app and got fully charged for the food. I was told there was nothing I could do about it. I put in a complaint and thought that was the end of it. But then just a few hours later they called me, apologized, and said they would give me a free combo meal of my choice! I didn't think such a big business would care but they did and I appreciate that!
Wouldn't have expected to be leaving a review for McDonald's, but our experience totally warrants it. I took my daughter here for her first time. The staff member, Asia, went above and beyond to make it so special for her! She helped my daughter place the order herself, brought the food over to us (happy meal!), and treated my daughter (with my green light) to an ice cream cone since we were there to celebrate her successfully going to the doctor's. Restaurant was clean, all staff we encountered were friendly, and Ms. Asia truly was a joy. We'll absolutely come back to this specific location. Thank you, Asia!
They are overwhelmed by the amount of orders and numbers of employees.Edit: They aren't overwhelmed, they are just not organized and generally lazy. Employees were coming back and forth from the restroom. Casually walking around. The lady was TALKING ON HER PHONE with one hand and trying to work with the other one. Just ridiculous work ethic and professionalism.
I love McDonalds because they have the best chicken nuggets and french fries
French fries are not as good as they used to be but at least I can use the app and they don't mess up my food that way

Have had something similar happen the last 2 times I've gone here as well.Last night I ordered ahead on the app around 10 at night. Got to the speaker and rolled down my window, smelled like skunk outside. Gave them my number and drove around to the 2nd window, got my receipt, and was told to wait at the 3rd window. Whole time window down, the area outside smells bad. Waited 5-6 minutes for my food. Fries were lukewarm and tasted like they had been sitting around for a long time, burgers were the same. Drink was fine. Blueberry pie was fine but it's hard to mess that up. It would be one thing if I had gotten my food in a couple of minutes, I would have half expected the poor quality because, well, McDonald's, but if I'm waiting 5+ minutes I'd at least like my food to actually be somewhere between warm and hot, and for the fries to not be ones that have been sitting around for a long time.
I asked for no salt on my fries, and not only did they give me salt the fries were soggy. Very much not good.
It was great, everyone was nice. The food is delicious and came out perfect.
It sucks service was horrible will not go there anymore. Mrg and staff very rude ?
