I placed a mobile order using the app, but they didn't give me my order.
Girl at the drive through, not the Hispanic one with glasses she’s nice, I’m pretty sure she had some type of black and blond braids in a scarf, but she was very very very rude and disrespectful, she rushed us and we had a very bad experience and you can check the camera and hear how rude she was. I do NOT recommend coming her unless you want bad service, go to the one in the Columbia mall instead of this one. She should get fired.
Very bad service today I bought food he charge when I open food there was not complete food I told him not complete food inside he argued with me he misbehave with me finally I left over food and I told him I don’t need food because you guys don’t respect. Very very very bad service
The meals are very fresh. I ordered a number 2 as I've done for far too many years and I've never been disappointed. The service is outstanding.
I frequently eat at this location and almost every time without fail I always get apple pies that are dry and over baked. The crust is hard and the filling is dried out! I have always wait 12 minutes or more for them to give me fresh ones. Its a terrible!
These people are over rated the customer service be ridiculous they stand around not near the counter but near the packing section as if your not there waiting for you to ask if their open I think they're so used to children ordering that they have a certain crowd they cater to and with how rude they can be all I wanted was a drink they didn't know the prices off hand so the guy said he don't know the prices he'll have to ring me up and I said ok and then you can take it off if I choose not to purchase he said I can't ? I then walked away and went to the convenience store across from them .
Regular McDonald's food. Nothing more.
