I will never come back at main event in Columbia. I (21 year old) had came in with my fiancé who is 21 years old, brother who is 20 years old and brother’s friend who is also 20 years old tried to come on Sunday July 17,2022 to try to play pool, bowling and possibly laser tag but security outside of the building said we had to be 21 years or older or we had to be accompanied by a 25 if everyone isn’t 21 saying it was policy and AFTER 8PM AND ONLY ON FRIDAY, SATURDAY, Sunday. We’ve been to this exact location and was never before asked for id nor have they given us this information. So we came on Monday July 18, 2022 with the same people after 8pm. This time different security guard saying that we have to have a person accompanied by the age of 25 or older with us in order for us to go in but once I told him that we had came here yesterday and a different security guard attended saying it was ONLY FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY he rudely said “well this is our policy” therefore I asked to speak with the manager. Once the “manager” came in to speak with us they kept repeating the same thing saying about “the policy”. I had told him there’s nothing on the policy that says what they are saying to us is true nor does it on the website. So I really wasted my time fighting with these people because once I was reading the policy that’s inside the building to the “manager” he said that the actual manager will be coming to speak with us. I really had no time for this nonsense therefore my party of 4 left unhappy and unsatisfied. Security and the “manager” was very rude and don’t even know their own policy. We went to this great place after called Bowlero!
Great place to visit for fun, drinks, and a quick bite to eat. Similar to competitors but better with more things to do like arcade games, pool, laser tag, and bowling. Good for all ages but most games I would recommend for 6 and up. The place can get very busy and a lot of the games have a line or waiting list. The eating area is small and they were very slow with seating and ordering so be prepared.
Nice to go and have fun with kiddos. Connected to Columbia town center mall. Day, Evening fun for everyone. Young or Old. Have Laser tag and bowling, you can even play pool as well. Planning a party or event schedule a head of time. After a certain time it’s adults only and they check for ID.
Bets kept secret is their Monday night madness. All you can play arcade games for 11.99 OR all you can play bowling/laser tag/ billiards for 11.99 you can also buy both packages. It’s much more enjoyable when you can go and just play and not stress about how many refits you have left or whatever.Outside of the Monday night deal, it’s still a great place to come and enjoy some fun games! Worth your time!
Avoid on weekends or busy nights. Daytime fun with the kids! Reserve bowling lanes ahead of time via website. Bowling was great fun- love that you can select bumpers for certain people and they pop up and down based on whose turn it is. Arcade point cards last awhile to do multiple games (as with everywhere, prizes are trash). Laser Tag has potential to be tons of fun with the right group. Not Shadowland by any means, though.
Worst experience ever they told us that laser tag was a 20 minute session but it was only at 8 minute session so beware if they say a 20 minute session they’re talking about the 20 to 30 minute wait for the game if they say it’s 20 minute experience if you ask them about the game they claim due to Covid but had nothing to do with any waiting because there was no wait did not wanna make things right no refund and then we bought a power card and we were told that if we did not use it we could just get a refund that was a total lie and when we walked in no hi how are you but sir you can’t go this way when we try to go in the line concession people run away from people smh and that’s not counting the roaches and rats that were crawling around the place ????
Had a horrible experience! My sister reserved a party for my nephew for 7pm. It was almost 8pm and our party table wasn't ready. They kept telling her that they were cleaning it. Her guest were waiting on the side with all of her table set up boxes and cake. Luckily the cake wasn't ice cream, it would've melted before the party even started.
This place is amazing. Think of Dave and Busters but better. This place has something for everyone. It has pool tables, bowling, laser tag, VR and arcade games. The food is awesome, I've been here several times and the food never disappoints. The portions are very large. The staff is always helpful and super friendly. The bathrooms are clean and planning parties are pretty easy. I 100% recommend. Since I was recommended this place, I've never been back to D&B.
First off let me start by saying it wasn't all bad, but I don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon, I brought my family there to enjoy & have fun but the service was terrible with a few good employees sprinkled in, there was a 4hr wait on the bowling lane, a 2hr wait on the pool tables, 1 1/2hr wait for laser tag, the Restaurant was pretty much closed the entire 6hrs we were there, I had to order food from the bar with my kids, the bartender was cool about it, but you can tell he was clearly agitated about the restaurant not being open like it should've been on a busy Sat. afternoon, majority of the employees that I interacted with seemed as though they didn't want to be there & couldn't provide me with the help I was looking for, the person in charge of the Laser Tag area for the evening was rude & obnoxious to the guest. My kids were telling me we should've went to Dave & Busters on the way home. Thanks for the 300+ dollars spent on poor customer service & crazy long wait times. the only thing that did at a normal time was the food when we were finally able to order it, but we had to pack it up & give up our pool table time because our bowling lane was finally available at the same time as our pool table.
My beautiful nieces loved it! I'll take them to the one in Delaware soon. Awesome service, great food and games.
