The Experience there was good the only problem was that our food came out at room temperature my daughter steak was not well done still bleeding and the waitress never refreshed our glasses for soda empty plates were left on the table and one of the way to support our food out with his fingers in our plate so I requested him to take the food back survey the game without his fingers and I'll plates. I am a system director of food service at one of our prominent universities and I know protocol when it comes to serving food and a lot of rules were broken but nevertheless when things were corrected the dining experience was good
Con - Such a good restaurent that if you come at wrong time on the weekend you will wait for a table. Pros - Staff is attentive and friendly, food is great - Love their Flo's Fliet, Onion Petals, and Grilled Shrimp. My opinion is they are much better than Outback or Texas Roadhouse.
The parmesan crusted chicken was so juicy, cheesy and full of flavor. Our server, Anthony was pleasant. I was pleased that there wasn't a wait time during lunch. The ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they don't serve yeast rolls. The bread they serve can't compare to being served yeast rolls with honey butter.
Sat at the bar this time. Bartender was amazing. Overheard me speaking about not eating carbs and kept the croutons off of my ceasar salad... outstanding service.
The food was all delicious. The brussels sprouts are absolutely to die for! Everything else was good as expected. The main reason for docking a star who is the extremely poor service for the second half of our meal. Our food was delivered by food runners instead of our server and our server did not come to check on us for almost 20 minutes. So we never got to tell her that one of the sides we ordered never arrived and we needed drink refills etc. I know restaurants are shortstaffed but during our late dinner the restaurant was not busy. I am not sure if that is a training issue but I feel like it is a standard server practice of checking on your tables just after the food has come to make sure everything is okay.

This restaurant has the best steaks around. I really enjoy the Columbia location. It is near Columbia Mall which is a nice mall to go to. I have been to the one in Myrtle Beach while on vacation also.
It’s a charming country place with great steak options and reasonable prices. Friendly staff and very politely.

I did the take out, my order was ready on time. I got NY strip steak it was thick and tasted great, compared to Outback it won hands over! Sweet potato cooked correctly the wheat bread was nice. The only thing I would’ve like to have a vegetable like broccoli. I will definitely be going back here again was not disappointed, it was a good experience
